Lovely Condo Best City Location.

Cozy apartment & best location with 5 star amenities like Roof top with heated pool, Snack bar with room service, Gym and green areas with hamacs. Spectacular view to castle and city, everything at walking distance. Neighborhood safe, full of cafes, restaurants, gallerias and bars. Touristic places at walking range.The Condo has a comfortable king-size bed in the master bedroom, a screen with cable TV, a large closet and a window that provides adequate natural light.   The main bathroom has a walk in closet, very spacious. The shower with very good pressure. Includes shampoo, soaps, body cream, etc.The Condo has good spaces, good height and a lot of light enters through the windows. Leather living room, Kitchen equipped to cook with a large refrigerator. Clothes washer  in the apartment.  500 Mbps Wifi. The second bedroom has a single bed and large closets. The secondary bathroom also with good water pressure, towels, shampoos, etc.A lot of natural light enters the kitchen and living room.  The floor is made out of wood. You will find everything you need to cook.Roof Garden with incredible view! Green areas, outdoor gym, heated pool overlooking the Spain park, Business center, Snack Bar with home delivery and Pool service . Hamacs, eating tables, ping pong, bathrooms, the works. The pool is heated 24 hours! perfect choice to relax and sunbath before heading home.
Snack Bar is open from 11 am to 6 pm. They have a fairly large and healthy menu for all ages. The margaritas and coctails are amazing. The building has Valet Parking at no additional cost, just leave your car and they park it in their designated drawer.
You also have a parking lot plus all the amenities that the building has. Take advantage of them! You will see that it is incredible to stay in a place with so many amenities, the best views and sunsets, especially in autumn and winter. Everything is very close so you can go on foot, scooter or bicycle. The area has special roads for biking.  
Customer Support Available during your stay from 8am till 10pm! I know very well the city, if you need recommendations about places or things to do, just ask.
 I live in the next tower so I am pretty close to assist you!
The apartment has a complete sanitation between reservation and reservation to offer you a COVID-free space.

We loved our stay at Capital Park condos. Awesome neighborhood, roof top amenities were great. Host was very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend this stay.

Comfortable home for a busy visitor

Traveling to CDMX in May, and AC was a must! Great location and the property manager was very communicative. Great sunset views from the pool, and gym had the essentials to have a good workout. Safe neighborhood with lots of cute places to eat.

Location location location!

This property was very convenient to so many places we wanted to visit and to a lot of great restaurants! The owner is super helpful and was available when we had a small issue come up. The only downside was the bed was very hard and the cleanliness could have been better, but we would gladly stay again.

Colonia Condesa is the Hipster neighborhood that you must visit. Everything can be obtained by walking, shops, restaurants, galleries, self-service, bicycle lanes, and a thousand other things. In front of Parque España and a few steps from Parque México. A few minutes from Reforma. The most vibrant neighborhood in Mexico City. If you go sightseeing, everything is close by, the museums, the Angel, Col Roma, Polanco, you can visit them all on foot or by bike. Not to mention the new terraces where the DJs put on the best atmosphere. You will also enjoy its famous Art Deco architecture and its corridors on the streets of Amsterdam. If you are an athlete, you are going to love it.

he property is a condo with all the works, but what really stands out are 3 things: the Roof top Heated Pool open 24 hours with Snack bar (great food), grills and Gym, with an Amazing view to the city, The location at the heart of Condesa, which allows you to do most of your touristing on foot, and the reliable 24/7 security at lobbys and common areas. Many travelers always praise this more than anything else.
