This unit has been priced to allow a high-quality option for people who are home buying/moving/temporary work that needs flexibility and convenience! All you need to bring is your clothes, we provide the rest. If there's something additional you need, please don't hesitate to ask us, and we will do our best to provide it. We want to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
Guest access
You will have the entire unit to yourself. Free Driveway Parking (fits 2 cars) for convenient access. There is a shared laundry room with a washer and dryer next to your unit (with one other single-tenant unit). There are a total of 3 single-tenant units on the property.
Our Midterm Rental Pet Policy
We understand that pets are an integral part of your family, and we are pleased to offer a pet-friendly accommodation option for your stay. To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience for all our guests, please review our pet policy below.
Pet Fee:
There is a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet for your stay.
Important Guidelines:
Advance Notice: Please inform us in advance if you plan to bring any pets with you during your stay. This allows us to prepare the accommodation appropriately and ensure a seamless check-in process.
Maximum Number of Pets: We allow a maximum of two pets per reservation. If you have more than two pets, please contact us to discuss your specific needs.
Pet Behavior: While we warmly welcome pets, we kindly ask that you ensure they are well-behaved and do not disturb other guests or neighbors.
Cleaning Responsibilities: Please maintain a clean and tidy environment for your pet. If your pet leaves behind excessive mess or damage, additional charges may apply.
Leash and Supervision: For the safety of your pet and other guests, please keep your pet on a leash in common areas and supervise them at all times.
Pet Waste: Clean up after your pet and dispose of waste in the designated bins.
Furniture and Bedding: To prevent potential damage, we request that you do not allow your pets on furniture or bedding. If necessary, use pet-friendly covers or bring your own.
Damages: Any damages caused by your pet(s) will be assessed, and repair costs will be deducted from your security deposit or charged separately.
Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit may be required to cover potential damages caused by pets. The amount will be specified in your booking details.

I've been living in Clearwater since 2018. I love this area. I have 21 rentals. I love living so close to so much water (the bay, the ocean, lakes everywhere) and the lushness of Florida. I'm originally from Los Angeles, CA.
It was too fast-paced and too expensive. I think once you come to Clearwater/Tampa and see the value you get here, you too might consider moving here.
I decided to put a couple of my units up for medium-term rental because I wanted to host those coming to Clearwater to either work or stay temporarily in one of my newly renovated and exclusively designed units so they can work and play comfortably while being only 4 miles from one of the best beaches in the country, Clearwater Beach.
I take pride in what I do and want to uphold and ensure the highest quality and comfort for all my guests. If there's anything else I can add to the unit to make your stay more comfortable, please do not hesitate to ask. I will do my best to accommodate.

Centrally located off the Famous Gulf-To-Bay Blvd in Clearwater where there are shops, hospitals, and every type of restaurant located within minutes (and some in walking distance). There's a great 24-hour Greek diner at the corner of the street which has a large selection of amazing food, including delicious desserts, and some of the friendliest service you'll find anywhere. The neighborhood is very safe. I've lived locally for many years and never had an issue.
