Cabin Oasis in the Suburbs!

This beautiful cabin atmosphere is perfect to relax and refresh with the experience of being on the lake or in the woods while still being minutes away from all necessary amenities of the city. This is a basement apartment with keyless entry. The upstairs portion of the home is sometimes occupied by other VRBO guests, which you can expect to hear some noise. The luxurious bathroom in this space is one of the key elements for a completely relaxing stay. It includes heated floors with a bluetooth speaker and a very comfortable free standing tub with a small television to get lost in. Another outstanding feature to take advantage of is the beautiful pool table and arcade area to make the most of your stay. To complete your experience, there is a wonderful water feature in the backyard to listen to the natural water sounds of a running stream.

Guests are welcome to use all the main basement areas as well as the backyard with patio. Guests may park on the right side of the driveway. Access to the basement space is on the right side of the house, fully paved and lit with gated entry.

Our neighborhood is a very quiet and family oriented. They are very considerate of the neighborhood as I am sure that you will return in kind. The neighborhood is very close (walking distance) to Southpointe Mall with many shopping and eating venues.

There is a bus route right in front of the house as well as access to Uber and or Lyft for any and all transportation needs.

This space sleeps 5 comfortably, but with the pull-out couch you could sleep 7. This space boasts a full-sized fridge, wine fridge, counter cook top, sink, dishwasher, microwave and Ninja oven.
Any smoking of any substance INSIDE THE HOME (cigarettes, vape, pot, cigars, etc) will incur a $250 aeration fee, non negotiable.
Smoking cigarettes or vaping (LEGAL PRODUCTS) is acceptable on the patio. Please clean up your trash out of respect for our cleaners and the next guest.

No pets are allowed on the premises. At the time of cleaning, should evidence of a pet be found on outdoor cameras or hair/feces/urine in the house, a $250 fee will be incurred.

If you wish to book the whole house, you agree to book Just Like Home- Plus. If you rent the two spaces separately, you will be asked to pay the difference for the Plus property or your reservation will be cancelled. We will not unlock the indoor basement door unless Just Like Home-Plus is rented.
