Awesome location steps from everything downtown, clean property, well equipped. Good soundproofing but in a loud area right above restaurants and can hear all the street noise. Nice to have an assigned garage parking spot!

Amazing place - very spacious! Check-in was a little lengthy with detailed instructions. Would have been nice to have the information a few days before so we were more prepared with garage parking and entry code. Had a great time and highly recommend. Well stocked kitchen and very comfortable beds!

We absolutely loved the condo and the location! The condo was very very nice and it was a great arrangement for two couples or a family of 4. The close by restaurants were absolutely awesome as well as the wine bar just around the corner. Steamboat Springs was a great place to stay. This was an exploratory trip for us because I had never been here. I am planning a big family reunion next year and I wanted to see if I made the right decision. AND I DID!! We hired a chef and everyone we met has been there for a very long time! So looking forward to next year! This was a wonderful place to stay…thank you so very much!

Great location with plenty of space to rest / relax however it’s a little noisy with the restaurants below and the beds were a little uncomfortable.

Outstanding Property in SteamboatThe photos don't do this place justice. What comes through in the listing is nice enough, but the reality is considerably better—the finishes are more refined, the flow of the space works better than you'd expect, and everything is genuinely well-maintained. This is the kind of rental where the owners clearly care about the actual experience of staying there. The location is the real standout. You're close enough to everything that nothing requires a drive, but far enough removed that it actually feels peaceful. We could walk to restaurants and shops easily, but also step outside and be in a genuinely quiet space. That balance is harder to find than it should be. Don't miss the saturday farmers market right outside your door. Easy walk to great restaurants like Laundry, Creekside, and Meatbar. The kitchen is functional and well-equipped. Beds are comfortable. The layout gives you privacy without feeling cramped, even with a full group. Little details matter here—good water pressure, reliable wifi, adequate seating for hanging out together or retreating separately. This is a property that delivers on what vacation rentals promise to be. Highly recommended for Steamboat.

We would certainly stay here again. The condo and building are pretty must as they appear in the photos. We were able to watch the Olympics and enjoyed the view.Like anywhere, there a handful of items that the owner/management company could inexpensively replace/repair/improve.We enjoyed the location and convenience. We felt safe inside of the building and inside of the condo.

I loved my stay here! The condo is perfectly located in town, so it was easy to get to restaurants and shops, and hopping on the bus to ski was a piece of cake (we waited no more than 5 minutes each time!). The condo itself is well appointed, with good appliances and lots of pots and pans, cutlery and dishes, etc. The condo is also very nice, and the beds are very comfortable! The customer service team was super responsive when I was confused about entry codes, and they helped with any and all needs!

In the Heart of Steamboat Springs

Property location was fantastic. Just across the river from Howlesen Hill, with a perfect view of all the activities on that “hill, including tubing and night skiing. You are a short walk from everywhere in town, and only a 10 minute drive to Steamboat Springs Ski village. The unit itself was of the highest quality, with top notch construction (solid wood doors), functional layout, and high end furnishings. Would recommend to anyone.

Summer in Steamboat

The property was perfectly located for Steamboat shopping. Assigned, secure parking with secure entrances to the condo. When I had a question about the condo, I received an immediate response. The unit was very clean and bright. As a bonus we caught the aspens in full color.

Lovely property but check in was a challenge

Beautiful condo but it faces west and it was stifling hot inside when we arrived. For Texans, the words "Heat Only" on the thermostat strikes fear in our heart!!!! It cooled down at night but it's too hot in that condo in the afternoons due to its westward facing setting. Renters in the warm summer months should be made aware that there is no AC. Again, Texans don't even think to ASK that question.......who in the world doesn't have AC?!!?!? I get it.....it's Colorado but guess what.....it gets hot there too! Again, it's totally the owner's call as to whether or not to get AC but you need to make people aware. The only other complaint was about the check in process. When we arrived at the garage door, the code given to us would not open the door. Effortless had failed to put the * before and after the number. Then after we finally solved that problem (they answered our email within ten minutes), then we got to the front door of the condo which was like a scavenger hunt to find, there was NO key in the lockbox. Had to wait another ten minutes for a reply to another email. So then we entered the condo and it must have been 90 degrees inside. I thought our trip was doomed but fortunately it got really cool at night and with the help of every fan we could find, we made it work. It is an awesome condo but kind of noisy being downtown and being forced to have ALL the windows open 24/7.
