Beautiful home and 3 level bunkhouse that sleeps 24 total! 3 bedroom 3 bathroom home with large two well dock. Room for two jet skis to be stored on dock as well. Empty well in the dock to house your boat. And a beautiful bunkhouse that accommodates 18 additional guests! This newly built bunkhouse has 5 bathrooms and 7 bedrooms that are uniquely decorated for a private getawayfor guests to stay. Bunkhouse has luggage racks for storage provided as there is only a select few rooms with closet type of storage. Outdoor kitchen and relaxing patio space with beautiful fire pit area on the point where you can take in ultimate view of the lake. Dock is fully equipped with relaxing areas and sun circle to enjoy the water! Outdoor refrigeration in areas for guests convenience. Make sure to checkout the video as it will give you details you need! Located at 1 mm of Gravois Arm its close to many great bars and restaurants!

This was the perfect place for our annual college reunion. Clean, comfortable and near plenty of restaurants and "watering holes". We spent hours on the dock, in the water and lounging in the large, open but cozy kitchen/dining/living area. Highly recommended!

Wonderful time

We stayed here for our annual friends trip and had such a great time! The house was amazing, plenty of room, the ice machine was a great surprise. There are too many positive things to say about this place, we will be back!

4th of July Week

Very nice! The place has everything you would need for a wonderful time on the lake. The dock was amazing. The teenagers loved the bunk house. All the amenities were top notch. The outdoor kitchen was great.

Excellent House and Host!

We stayed here for a family reunion and we will definitely be coming back! Exactly as you see it in the pictures. I have stayed at a lot of homes and this by far was the best! It was fully stocked with more amenities that you could imagine and the host was amazing too. Thank you for opening your home to us and helping make lasting memories.

Perfect getaway-Amazing Dock

This property had everything we needed to enjoy time away. The house was perfect for our group of 6 and the dock had all the amenities we needed and more. Diana was quick to respond with any questions we had. We will definitely come back!

LOVED-We loved this house, plenty of room for everyone, the beds were comfortable and we didn't have to buy much of anything as it was stocked with toilet paper, paper towels and garbage bags. The bunkhouse was also perfect and the kids loved all of the themed rooms. DIDN'T LOVE-It was great the house was fully stocked with what we needed but they need to do a purge. Every cabinet/drawer in the kitchen is full and there is nowhere to put groceries, we had to leave them on the counter. In the bunk house there is no storage. It would have been nice to place suitcases under beds but there are bins with more blankets etc under most of the beds leaving no space for your belongings. The cleanliness when we arrived was ok. The cups and bowls are stored on an open shelf which you could see wasn't cleaned in a while. The items had cobwebs and lots of dust on them. We saw cobwebs in many of the restrooms in the main house which made it feel like they hadn't cleaned that well before our arrival. It would also be nice to have directions on how the TV's and lights work. The packet in the house is old and the information is no longer correct. We visited over 4th of July when there happened to be a BIG storm which left us without power for 30 hours. This means no flushing toilets or running water. The host was great and offered to let us come to her other house so we could use the bathroom and shower.

Hi. We detailed the bunkhouse and described there was not big closets for items. We will take your comments into consideration. You are our first guest who has not rated the property a 10. You also are the first guest who asked how to handle all the bugs outside. We tried to accommodate you to the fullest. I’ve stayed at several vacation homes that did not have space in cabinets. We have many items to offer. And the back pantry is dedicated for storage of grocery etc. outside fridge etc to add options for storage. The property sits in a big forest so the cleaners and big company have stated it’s tough to manage the bugs as they are quick to enter with lights on inside. We have them There every two weeks. Largest storm in the Ozarks history and I offered everything I could. Disappointed we’ve achieved our first 8/10 but we will work hard to fix your issues with property. And wish you the best experience in your next choice.

Beautiful House on the Lake

The property was magnificent! The house & bbq area had everything we needed for our stay. Dock was a great place to hang out & lay in sun 🌞 grand daughter even tried fishing 🎣 try the fire 🔥 pit for a great place for s’mores. House has a Hot tub a new bunk house that is amazing & the property is on a quiet private street. The host Dianna was great 👍 You will love this place

The host responded quickly when we needed something. The property is really, really nice. It is also EXTREMELY well stocked. A LOT of extras and niceties. The dock : WOW!! It is spectacular. The water in the cove was calm. The parking is a tad limited, but we had 9 cars, so that might have been an "us" problem. Also, parking challenges are common on lake roads. I would definitely recommend the property and had people in our group say it was their favorite one we've stayed at.

I cannot recommend this property enough! Dianna was super helpful and responsive and very nice. The property is everything advertised and more! My family vacation over Memorial Day weekend could not have been more enjoyable. Dianna has thought of everything! If you forgot to bring something, trust me, she has whatever it is there for you! The place is beautiful and there are so many rooms and beds that it comfortably accommodated everyone with room to spare. The bunkhouse is designed (by Dianna) perfectly! The decor is fun and eclectic while still being very tasteful. But let’s get to the star of the show, the dock! We literally spent all of our daytime hours there lounging, floating on sun circles, kayaking, fishing, watching the Indy 500 and making lunches there. Everything is provided from water accessories, fishing gear, sizeable fridges, soundcore speakers, kayaks and more! We also used the blackstone and grill daily and the outdoor kitchen is, you guessed it, perfect! Checkout was a breeze without the complicated and pages long instructions that I’ve had at other properties. The hot tub was clean and she even stacked the fire pit for us in advance so all we had to do was light it. She even provided all the ingredients to make s’mores! She has truly anticipated every need. I can’t think of a single down side to this property or this host. Stay here, you will not regret it!!

This property would be rated AAA if there were such a thing. It is very impressive, has ALL the amenities you could ever think of and the attention to detail is outstanding! I cannot say enough superlatives to rate it. The bunkhouse is thee most darling 7 bedroom space ever. Besides the dock and dock amenities (refrigerator and freezer and all the water inflatables, the sun circles), the outdoor kitchen and the 3 grills - we loved the Blackstone griddle, the fire pit, the outdoor seating, the parking, the hot tub etc, the host was available almost immediately. We loved our 15th family vacation more than any other due to this outstanding property. WOW!

Best stay we've ever experienced

I cannot recommend this host & stay enough. Easily the nicest, most accommodating stay we have experienced. The host is as nice as they come & was available at a moment's notice for small questions we had. She even checked in with us multiple times throughout the weekend to ensure our stay was going smoothly. The decor & furnishings make you feel at-home & relaxed. From the massive dock with plenty of floatables, to the cozy fire pit, martini deck, back deck with gas fire pit, shed/grilling station.. this place has it all. If you're looking to bring a small or large party down to the Ozarks, look no further!

Best possible experience!

The house is fantastically setup for large family gatherings. The bunk house let the kids all stay and play together without having to worry about bothering the adults at night. There are so many separate places to sit and hangout with groups. We had a large group and were all able to find places to have quiet conversations without leaving the property. The outdoor kitchen and boat dock are phenomenal. Both are completely stocked with everything you could possibly need. We loved being able to use a grill griddle for cooking and have everyone sit together on the patio. The kids had a blast playing in the water and we had a great time watching them right next to them from the dock. We loved it so much we are already planning to come back again next year.

Best Girls Trip

Such an incredible place to stay for a long weekend with some girlfriends. The home is beautiful and had everything we could possibly need for the weekend. Dianna was very responsive to any questions that came up during our stay. It was great to be in a location close to a grocery store and several restaurants. We chose to not rent a boat during our stay so a quick 3 min drive to Tap & grill for a little fun was ideal. Huge fan of the outdoor spaces! The dock everything we needed to float around in the sun. No need to pack our own which was a huge help. Can’t wait to go back again!

Absolutely AMAZING!!!!!

This property, hands down, is THE BEST rental property I’ve ever stayed in. The attention to detail is impeccable. The owners have made every effort to make your stay seamless and enjoyable. You can leave everything at home and just bring yourselves to this one. The kitchen is well appointed with high end appliances and every cooking utensil and spice you could ever imagine. Every bathroom is stocked with travel sized toiletries for your use including toothbrushes, shaving cream and makeup wipes. We had a lot of fun hanging out at the dock paddle boarding and fishing. The fire pit was a huge hit, with plenty of room for your entire group. The bunk house worked perfect for our teenagers and whoever decorated this place went above and beyond and thought of everything. We are already planning our next stay here. Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us.

We had 21 people from a 4 month old to 66 yrs young in our group plenty of space for all. The amenities were incredible, from toiletries in each bathroom if you forgot something to fully stocked coffee carts on each level of the bunkhouse this house just kept getting better and better every where you looked. There really are no words for the amazing dock, shade seating to layout recliners for the sun lovers! And all the kids caught fish from the dock. The water toys were perfect for all ages, paddle boards, kayaks and circle float islands the kids loved to play in. The owner was extremely helpful and communicative - We will definitely try to schedule our next reunion here.

17 of us enjoyed a once in a lifetime family vacation at this gorgeous home. The grounds are beautiful. We fished, made s’mores, used the hot tub, played cards and enjoyed being outside every day. The best vacation we’ve had!
