Vi har den bedste udsigt fra vores øverste etage penthouse condo sammenlignet med alle de andre studier, ja vores er det bedste. Alle de andre studier på de nederste etager har ikke den udsigt, vi gør, der omfatter de fleste af de to soveværelseslejligheder i bygningen. Hvis du skal leje et studiolejlighed på Royal Kahana, er det det du vil have. Det har en fantastisk udsigt over havet og øen Molokai og glem ikke solnedgange. Om vinteren fra 10. oktober til 10. marts sætter solen i syd, så du ikke kan se den fra vores lejlighed, vores lejlighed ser ud til nordvest. På det tidspunkt kan du gå ned til gården og se solnedgangen derfra.

Vores Condo har aircondition, gratis Wi-Fi, gratis parkering, og der er ingen udvej gebyrer på Royal Kahana. Lejligheden er for nylig blevet renoveret. Alt nyt granit køkken fuldt udstyret, køleskabet har filtreret vand og en ismaskine. Nyt badeværelse med en tur i granitbruser, håndklæder og gratis sæber for at komme i gang.
Det indre af lejligheden er indrettet i hawaiisk stil. Vi har en vaskemaskine og tørretumbler med vaskesæbe. Strygejern og strygebræt. En ny fast Cal King seng, sengetøj. Pool håndklæder, badehåndklæder, strand stole, iskøler og meget mere.

The Royal Kahana er en oceanfront resort på Kahana Bay. På nuværende tidspunkt har vi ikke adgang til strandlinjen og stranden foran Royal Kahana. Adgang til strandlinjen og stranden foran Resort kan til tider begrænses fra udvaskningen af sand på grund af konge tidevand og vinter storme. Vi har normalt adgang til strandlinjen og en lille strand i slutningen af foråret sommer og i nogle efterårsmåneder er hvert år anderledes. Jeg kan ikke love dig, der vil være strand, når du får dem. Hvis det er nødvendigt, kan du få adgang til stranden i den anden ende af Kahana Bay ved at bruge offentlig adgang kun en kort gåtur ned ad fortovet to resorts.

Royal Kahana har en opvarmet pool med liggestole rundt om det og liggestole på græsset rundt om feriebyen lige ved kysten til solbadning eller se de smukke solnedgange. Du kan også bruge træningsrummet til bordtennisbordet og Shuffleboard Court. Vi har også fem grillgrill på ejendommen til brug for dig. I lobbyen er der en concierge-reception, hvor du kan bestille dine øenaktiviteter og leje snorkeludstyr. Royal Kahana har sikkerhed på ejendom.

På tværs af gaden i Kahana Gateway Shopping Center er Hawaiian Village Coffee, Maui Brewing and Restaurant, McDonald's, Maui Dive Shop, Whalers General Store, First Hawaiian Bank og pengeautomat, Smil neglesalon og massage. Flere restauranter og barer i det område, du kan gå til er, China Boat, Dollies Pub & Cafe, Miso Phat Sushi, The Beach House.

Check-in er kl 15:00 og Check-out er kl. 11:00. Hvis du har brug for en tidlig check-in eller en sen check ud, book venligst en ekstra nat for at dække det, check-in er 3:00 pm og tjekke ud er 11:00 am.

This studio condo was perfect for our stay in Maui. The description of the place and amenities was spot on. Perfect for 2 people. The kitchen was well equipped and the supply of salt, pepper, sugar, creamer and tea along with a few spices was nice to have. Also the coffee grinder was a real plus! The Molokai and ocean view was amazing. Communication from Mike prior to our trip made check in go smoothly taking less than 10 minutes. We would book here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Maui.

Mikes condo has everyyhing you need for a great stay in Maui, with amazing views from the 12 floor lanai. Having stayed in many vrbo's & air bnb's around the globe. Mikes may be the best fully stocked place we have stayed in.one suggestion would be to add a pair of quality boogie boards. This unit is also in a great location, less then 8 minute drive to 3 of the best snorkeling spots on the Island

Beautiful Condo

Wonderful location, super clean condo with lots of amenities provided. Lots of communication from owner and easy to understand instructions. Probably one of the best stocked condos we've ever stayed in. Everything felt new and the view from the lanai simply can't be beat.

The condo is exactly as pictured and includes everything you could possibly need for your stay. Excellent communication with owner and easy check-in. If ever in Maui again, I would stay her. The view is stunning.

Great Week

We totally enjoyed our stay. The ability to sit on the lanai and watch the whales was awesome. The location was good. A little better sand beach access would help.

Wonderful stay in Kahana

Overall we really enjoyed our stay at Mike's place in Kahana. The ocean view was incredible and we thought the condo was even nicer in person than the photos. The condo was well stocked with supplies and very clean. The hotel is in a great location, although there is no direct beach access (you have to walk to the next hotel over so not a huge deal). Overall highly recommend staying here.

Great Spot for a relaxing get away.

Very impressed with this condo and how well it was maintained and set up, so many nice little touches including beach chairs, a cooler, basic items for cooking, and binoculars for checking out the view. Great views of the ocean (keep an eye out for turtles that swim by!) and the surrounding area. The pool and lawn area around the building were a great spot to relax in the evening after a day at the beach. Easy walk to the beach and restaurants/shopping.

Royal Kahana

We weren't especially pleased with the beach or the view. The beach was very small and there were buildings blocking the view. The condo was clean, well kept and well stocked.

It was great

It was absolutely the best view for the price that it was and I liked the location. All the amenities were included and the owner was very communicative. There is a view of another condo in front of you but you are taller than it so it didn't bother me.

Back to paradise

We loved the location of the condo. We were able to spend our mornings on the lanai and look out onto the ocean and see tutles every day. The condo had an amazing cross breeze with so we didnt have to use the a/c at all. Mike was in contact about a week prior to our stay and right before check in. Everything was as described. He also has so many extras not listed so if you happen to forget something more than likely he has it there for you. We had an amazing stay and recommend the condo for a couple who would love to relax and have an amazing view!

Excellent

This condo is a gem. Very clean, nice balcony and view, and the best stocked rental we have ever stayed in. If you’re looking for spacious accommodations, this is not for you. However, if you’re looking for a lovely place to hang your hat while you tour this enchanting island, this is for you. Owner was excellent to work with. A couple of nice places to eat that you can walk to. A handy water dispensing machine in the lobby to fill you personal thermos with cold fresh water. Plus a drive-through McDonald’s nearby where you can pick up your tropical iced tea, only served in the islands, to start your day. 😊

Royal Kahana Condo 1204

We decided to go to Maui for our honeymoon and this condo was the best fit for us! Mike kept in contact before, during and after which made the process very easy and enjoyable. The condo is exactly as listed, no surprises. The view is amazing!! The beach is easily accessible along with beach accessories that are provided. Everything was perfect!! We had a late flight home Saturday and being that check out was at 11am, Mike made sure to inform us on things we could do around the resort in the mean time. Which was SO helpful!! We plan on going back sometime for whale season and we will definitely be staying here again. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

Good Choice

We stayed here for 6 nights in March 2024. Overall we made a good choice. The location is perfect for west Maui and view from the balcony is excellent. When you book with the owner, you will receive a packet that lays out the property and the rules. It may seem like a lot but once you arrive you will understand how they keep such a clean and orderly condo. The loveseat is new and nicer than the picture. It was great having the washer and dryer in the room and the AC was very quiet and did a good job for the one night we needed it. Every other night we went to sleep with a nice breeze and the sound of the ocean waves. The pool area is good with lots of outdoor seating and fruit stand that was open in the afternoons. We did not use the grills, but they are in good shape. As of March 2024, there are some sandbags along the beach wall due to beach erosion, but there is an oceanside walkway to the smaller beach just south of the resort. We would stay her again if visiting west Maui.

Tolles Appartment im Kahana Resort. Super Aussicht vom Balkon und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts, voll ausgestattet. Grillen kann man am Pool mit neuen und gepflegten Gasgrills. Für zwei Personen ein Traum. Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war perfekt. Empfehlung!

The condo was very clean and well stocked with extra supplies. It was so nice having the washer/Dryer right in the condo. We did lots of turtle watching right off our balcony.

The good - We could not have chosen a better place to celebrate our 36th anniversary!The bad - We are staying an additional week in a condo a mile away, with our children and grandchildren, that does not come close to our stay at the Best Ocean View Condo at the Royal Kahana Oceanfront Resort. Cant wait to come back!!!

Aloha and thank you for visiting our condo listing. I'm Mike I live in California. I like to get away from it all from time to time and Maui is where I go. I've owned unit 1204 at the Royal Kahana Resort since 2006. 1204 is the best studio condo compared to all the other studios based on it's location in the building and the view from the unit. If you've stayed in one of the other studios at the Royal Kahana it's time to stay in the best and 1204 is it. I welcome you to stay in my Maui home and relax in our little piece of paradise.

The Royal Kahana Resort is located on the beautiful West Coast of Maui in the town of Kahana and is surrounded by Maui's spectacular natural beauty and is located right on the Kahana Bay where you can walk on the beach or go for a swim. The Royal Kahana Resort has a lot to offer you. Swim in the heated pool and sun yourself on the spacious pool side deck or on the lawn near the ocean in our lounge chairs. There are 5 gas-fired barbecue grills next to the pool area. There is a fitness room, ping-pong, shuffleboard. Free Wi-Fi. You can park underground or at ground level. The Royal Kahana Resort has 3 elevators. A Concierge Desk is in the lobby for booking your activities. Just a 5-minute drive to Kaanapali or Kapalua. Kaanapali and Kapalua have some of the best shopping, restaurants and don’t forget the Golf on the island of Maui.

Derfor er dette overnatningssted unikt

Besides the view from the unit, the amenities at the Royal Kahana and the location on the West side of Maui we have The Kahana Gateway Shopping Center right across the street. No need to get in to your car and drive to Lahaina or Kaanapali for shopping, the super market or for a nice dinner, just walk across the street up in to the Kahana Gateway Shopping Center, where you can have a quick bite at Mc Donald’s. Get a gourmet cup of Coffee from Hawaiian Village Coffee House. There is a Whalers General Store and Gas Station, Smile Nail Salon & Massage, Snorkel Bob's to rent your snorkel equipment, a Bank of Hawaii with an ATM. More restaurants and bars in the area you can walk to are, China Boat, Dollie’s Pub & Cafe, Miso Phat Sushi and Captain Jack's Island Grill. Do yourself a favor don’t get caught up in the crowds and the high prices in Kaanapali and Kapalua come stay at the Royal Kahana Resort in the town of Kahana and take a deep breath slow down and relax in the Hawaiian life style.
