Welcome to our charming casita cottage in the heart of Las Vegas!

Nestled in a quiet and picturesque neighborhood, our cozy casita offers a perfect retreat for your stay in the Entertainment Capital of the World. Whether you're in town for a weekend getaway or a business trip, our casita provides a comfortable and convenient home base.
Our casita offers the luxuries of home as well as a Tropical Paradise right outside the door with our beautiful pool and tranquil outside amenities.
The space
We have a charming casita/guesthouse that is detached from our home that provides you with a private entrance and your own space.

Inside you will find a king bed with luxurious bedding as well as a comfortable couch that can also be pulled out to a queen bed. We do also have a crib and twin air mattresses that are available.

We have our listing for 4 people as there are beds for 4 people. We will accommodate up to 6 if they are children to use the air mattress.

There is a full bath with vanity, toilet and shower. Inside the bathroom there is also a closet to hang your clothing as well as extra towels and bedding.

We provide a mini fridge, microwave, toaster and Keurig coffee maker with all the coffee and fixings to wake up and make a great cup of coffee. There is a small table for two to eat or use as a workspace.

You have a 70" tv on the wall that has all the streaming services for you to log into. We have wi-fi as well as our lamps on the nightstands have USB ports built in for easy charging and access.

When you walk outside you see a tropical paradise pool. There is a couch seating area to enjoy the view and enjoy your morning or evening. You have access to the pool and hot tub, as well as a Blackstone and BBQ if you like to cook.
