Welcome to the mountains! This secluded, dog-friendly (pet fee applies*) cabin has great privacy and is a quick drive to Downtown Dahlonega. Our charming three-bedroom is the perfect fit for your group of up to eight people.

The first floor features a gas fireplace, freshly updated kitchen, and a bedroom with a queen bed. Upstairs are two more bedrooms, one with a king bed, the other with a queen bed and its own private balcony. The backyard features an oversized wood-burning fire pit.

Notes: The cabin is off of a gravel road, but it is not long or steep. The last 100 feet or so can be a bit bumpy if we have had rain recently, but it is manageable with any vehicle, and no 4WD or high clearance vehicles are required. Parking at the cabin is excellent for the mountains, you can easily fit 4+ cars.

Same-day bookers: Do not book for the current night without confirming the unit is available and ready for check-in.

Important things to know:
• Dogs are allowed with our pet fee of $70 plus tax for the first dog, and $70 plus tax for each additional dog. If you`ve added dogs to your reservation, one pet fee will be included and we will manually charge for additional dogs after booking.
• This property does not require a damage deposit, but we do offer a damage protection policy. More info can be found at the end of the listing description.
• We provide 5 trash bags, 1 roll of paper towels, bar soap, hand soap, toilet paper, and plenty of towels and linens.
• We offer firewood available on-site to purchase for $10 per bundle (including tax). We can also arrange a delivery of 50 pieces for $60 (including tax) if you let us know 7 days before your stay. Please message us if you are interested.
• The gas to the fireplace is turned off from May 1 to October 1.
• We have a charcoal grill, and we do not provide charcoal.
• Check-in is at 4 p.m. and checkout is at 10 a.m. Early check-ins are possible, but subject to availability and a $25 per hour fee, rounded to the nearest hour. Late checkouts are generally not available, but if we are able to make an exception, the fee is $25 per hour.
• The address will be sent to you at the time of your booking, and your check-in information will be sent to you two days out from your stay.
• This listing uses a dynamic pricing algorithm; prices are updated daily.

Although we have a strict cancellation policy, we offer travelers insurance and damage protection policies through Generali Global Assistance if you are worried you may have to cancel your trip for any reason or would like peace of mind regarding accidental damage. Note: These insurance options are sent manually after booking if requested by message and are not included in the booking total.

No music, loud noise, or sound-amplifying equipment outside between the hours of 10:00pm and 8:00am.

No pets without a pet fee, and the only pets that are acceptable are dogs. If it is found that guests brought a pet/pets without disclosing them, the guest will be subject to a $150 fee on top of the pet fees for the number of pets brought.

Guests causing excessive noise or disturbances, including, but not limited to, underage drinking, partying, drug use, and exceeding max occupancy, will be asked to check out immediately and full stay rent charge will be due including deposit amount with NO REFUNDS.

Guests who leave the place excessively dirty will be subject to additional cleaning fee. Examples of excessively dirty are stains on the floors and walls, pots and pans left unwashed in the sink, and trash left on the floor and outside.

Any guest that checks in early without written permission may result in a $50 per hour fee.

Any checkout after 10:00 am without written permission may result in a $50 fee.

Any checkout more than 2 hours after check out will result in a fee for the entire daily rate, without any discounts, and guests will still not have rights to the property.

Any guests checking out late that cause us to refund the next guests are subject to reimburse us for that amount, on top of the fees previously stated.
