In the JVC area, you`ll enjoy the area`s quiet atmosphere, surrounded by lush gardens, evoking a much-needed sense of serenity in a bustling metropolis like Dubai. This is all you need to fully enjoy your stay in Dubai.
The apartment is fully furnished and decorated to a high standard with TV, comfortable furniture, High speed Internet wi-fi, AC, etc. There is a spacious living area, illuminated by large windows.
Integrated modern kitchen contains all the equipment necessary for your stay.
Very comfortable queen size bed, linen and a set of towels are provided, as well as a set of amenities in the bathroom.
The apartment has all the facilities you might need to spend a perfect time in Dubai.
Only the residents of the building have free access to the tower gym and outdoor swimming pool surrounded by sun beds.
Additionally, there are cafes and groceries nearby.
In accordance with the local laws, we will need a copy of the passport for all guests checking in which will be uploaded onto the DTCM (Department of Tourism and Commercial Marketing) portal.
This apartment is registered in DTCM (Department of Tourism and Commercial Marketing).
To accommodate the diverse cultural backgrounds of our holiday home apartment owners, we might kindly refrain from providing wine glasses or any alcohol-related items, as some owners may follow the Muslim faith and it is important to respect their choices in accordance with the cultural norms of Dubai.
If guests prefer to enjoy alcoholic beverages during their stay, we encourage them to bring their own wine glasses or any other related items for their personal use.
