2 Houses forming an exquisite compound. Wonderful location on 2 enormous lots. You will not want to miss this one. These homes are nestled next to Old Town La Quinta and offer a wide variety of amenities. This includes 2 fabulous pools, 2 jacuzzis, 2 detached Casitas, a Resort Class Firepits and a wonderful putting green. If you love the La Quinta Resort, then you will love these homes. It is completely walled and private, with beautiful and lush landscape.


2 houses forming and exquisite compound: "Agave Estate-Stunning 6 bdr Spanish Style Estate" and "The Hideaway 5bdr @the heart of Old Town La Quinta" . Family-friendly La Quinta vacation home in La Quinta Cove with out door pools and Spas.
Air-conditioned accommodations at this vacation home offer private pools and fireplaces. Kitchens or kitchenettes offer refrigerators, stovetops, microwaves, and cookware/dishes/utensils. Additionally, rooms include coffee/tea makers and hair dryers.
2 outdoor pool sand a 2 spa tubs are on site.

Pool and Spa heating, if desired, 300$ per day, and we set it at 84 F.
Spa heating only, 85$ per day. During cold months, it takes more than 24hrs to have the pool heated. If you wish to have the pool heated upon arrival val, we need to start the heating process the day before. We need to charge from the moment we turn on the pool heater.

Houses were well appointed and a tremendous location (we walked to dinners and lunches). And overall a positive experience dealing with the management group. They were very communicative and helpful. Thanks for a memorable trip!

Beautiful Estate

Both homes were lovely, well-appointed and very clean. Fit our needs to a tee and I would highly recommend this to anyone gathering a large group.

Girl's Week!

Our group of 22 women had a wonderful week catching up, sunning, playing games. We had plenty of space for gathering together as well as getting a break from the group (haha). The houses were well-stocked and beautiful, and the pools were lovely. We will definitely consider coming back to these great houses!

Holiday rental

These 2 houses were wonderful. From the start 8 months ago, response from the office was timely. The grounds were amazing, everything worked, clean, beds were amazing. We had a smores night (teans arranged) very special as 22+ sat around the firepitt for hours. Taking, laughing, crying. The joy of Teens to 80 year olds bonding. Hats off to the rental TEAM 👏 🙌. The extra bonus for all La Qunita village basically steps away..which was Used by all. Thank you for allowing us 4 magical days ..Tiffany group will be back... Rain did not bother us one bit..

Fun stay for families

Having these two homes next to each other allowed for our large group to be together yet all have comfortable and private space to sleep. The grounds and views are beautiful with lots of different spots to hang out - by the pool, fire pits, cabanas, or indoors. It felt like our own private resort. Highlights for the the kids were the large pool with rocks to jump off, game room, putting greens and walkability nearby parks and Old Town. We cooked dinners at the house all week and found the kitchens to be well equipped, plus it was nice to have the grill and large seating areas outside. We were nervous about the strict noise policy in La Quinta since we had kids running around but did not play music outside and everything went fine. Would highly recommend for a group of families looking for a low key, fun trip with lots of pool time!

Beautiful Properties, Disappointing Property Managers

The homes and properties are beautiful. However, if you are visiting during the cooler months and would like to use the pool make sure to request heating begins a full 3 days prior to your arrival. We were charged for 3 days of pool heating only to be able to use it on the day of checkout (day 3). I was offered $105 (one day is $150). We had 2 vendors visit during our stay- one to fix the water heater because the Hideaway house had no hot water, one to install decibel meters on the first night of our visit. So, we essentially had a property manager and vendor observing us for almost 2 hours. I asked prior to our visit if a high chair was available and was told no- FYI there are 2 highchairs at the properties. We left an item behind, I contacted the host about it day of departure and was kindly told he would retrieve it & get it back to us. Since following up, he has not responded to this issue (which I understand is completely our fault, but would have appreciated an honest answer of "no we cannot help you with that"). Also paid a $1k refundable deposit. I inquired after our stay was complete about when this would be refunded and was informed by the host that it was VRBO's responsibility and it would be 7-10 days after check out. It has now been 12 days so I called VRBO directly. VRBO informed me it is the hosts responsibility to release the funds. Overall, while the properties and homes were lovely, I would not stay here again due to being overcharged for pool heating, etc.

Awesome Places and Location

Great place to use for large groups with two differently themed homes and direct access to each other. The game room was an added touch and even fun for old adults like us. Location was walking distance from Old Town La Quinta so getting meals, coffee, etc. was a snap. The entire group agreed we will want to stay here again.

Just stop looking and book this now!!!

We chose this property as it covered what we needed, traveling with 6 families including teenage boys for a sports tournament. I asked for early check in and was able to do this. Opened the gate at The Hideaway and my first though was WOW. The landscaping was amazingly clean and tidy, even the sand areas raked. Entered The Hideaway and my first thought was just how clean it was. I looked at all the bedrooms and bathrooms. Really nice place, large rooms, and the attached casita super private and hidden. Pool and spa combo out front with a little putting green. Out back a fire pit and seating area and propane BBQ. Next to Agave. Totally different vibe from the more modern Hideaway. This one very Spanish/Latin feel, large red tile floor, arched doorways. Large rooms with the master having a sunk in tub/shower combo.The back yard at Agave has a large pool and spa combo with a natural gas BBQ which we used and worked perfectly. There is a detached casita at Agave too with a king bed, couch and full bathroom with a little coffee nook for us introverts. In the corner of the yard is a large gas fire pit to enjoy. There is a game room with Agave as well..fullsize arcade games from the 80s/early 90s, ping/pong table, couch/TV and 3 washers and a dryer which was used by the boys every day. Both properties have fully stocked kitchen, we cooked three times and had everything needed. 3 minute walk to bar/restaurants too. This is such a great property, just stop looking, book this.
