With +10' ceilings, this 1-bedroom guesthouse feels spacious and modern, and has been custom-designed to accommodate a quick trip along with everything you need for comfortable longer term stay. Guests will enjoy gated access to a private courtyard to maximize Florida outdoor living along with private and adjacent parking.

The Urban Retreat is located in the desirable, quiet and historic neighborhood of Euclid-St. Paul in St. Pete. Just minutes from great restaurants, museums, bars, live music venues and a short trip to Florida's Gulf beaches - there will always be something to do in the Sunshine City - and this is just the place to call home during your adventures.

Living area - Cozy and open living area with an L-shaped couch (each side is the size of a twin bed if pillows removed), 55" Smart TV and lots of natural light.

Kitchen - Fully equipped kitchen including electric range/oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, Keurig, garbage disposal, Brita water filter, and all cookware (including spices, oil/vinegar, etc.) needed to make yourself feel right at home. An oversized island accommodates dining for 4, and doubles as prep area or remote work station. Make a longer stay comfortable with access to the full-size Washer/Dryer (detergent provided for short stays).

Bedroom - King size bed, 42" Smart TV, darkening shade, ceiling fan and ensuite bathroom making for a very comfortable stay. (Closet system is coming soon)

Bathroom - Full bathroom with plenty of storage and walk-in shower. Modern tile design with a spa-like feel. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided for short stays.

Outdoor space - Gated and completely private, this artificial turf courtyard serves as a fantastic way to expand your living space and enjoy the reason why people move to Florida - SUNSHINE! The patio table for 2 (2 additional chairs available upon request) is the perfect place to enjoy a cup of coffee, read a book or catch up on work. A large umbrella is available to provide some shade during the summer months.

High speed internet / Wi-Fi provided. Smart TVs have Fire TV Sticks set up and ready for you to input your streaming subscription of choice.

The Urban Retreat has a private gated entrance and you will have the entire single-story unit along with the courtyard to yourself during your stay. Self check-in access is simple and easy.

Parking for up to two compact size cars available on the designated driveway onsite.
