The entry of this unit takes you into the family room with a large screen tv, an electric fireplace for ambiance, and a fashionable and simi circular sofa. Enjoy a fabulous open kitchen with every convenience a chef wants and allow for complete discussions to take place while planning memorable meals. The deep sink and dishwasher allow for those with kitchen duties to quickly perform those tasks. Tall seats make for an easy counter eating area. The large and spacious refrigerator is waiting to be full of your favorite foods and drinks. A circular table will accommodate dual purposes of card/game playing and formal dining with breathtaking beach views. A local author has an autographed copy of one of his books for reading enthusiasts. Find an open office space where one can work if he/she must. The bedrooms are all located to the west side of the home. The main bedroom has a spectacular ocean beach view. The other two bedrooms are spacious, and each one has a nice sized television. A full bath can be found on this side of the house also. You are welcome to use the washer/dryer when needed. You are only blocks from the Pacific Ocean with its rocks, seashore, and sandy beach. Walk through the tidepools or just relax and enjoy the fresh air that one can only get near the beach. The spacious ocean facing the backyard will allow you to enjoy the firepit, play fun games, or enjoy sitting or lying down and soaking up some sun rays. You may also view private jet arrivals and take-offs from the private airport.

Fisherpersons will enjoy the fish station at the corner of the downstairs area. With sufficient notice, boat parking is possible.

Guests may park in front of left garage at the bottom of the driveway. There is parking for 2 vehicles. You are in the downstairs unit.

Internet/Cell Phone Coverage/Utilities WiFi is usually reliable, but may be impacted by coastal weather. Most cell providers have strong reception, but occasional service interruptions can occur due to the remote location.
