Each home offers a fully equipped kitchen with open living space, privacy bedrooms, and multiple luxury bathrooms. With custom outdoor space, a Hot Tub, Gazebo, and many amenities, this is ideal for families and friends to retreat and enjoy. This listing includes a high-privacy fence & gated parking for up to 7 cars.

The Space:
This 10 bedroom, 10.5 bathroom newly renovated property can sleep up to 26 guests! The property is made of three buildings (4 units): The front duplex: Units A & B and the two rear guesthouses: Units C & D. Each has their own kitchen, living, dining and sleeping quarters. There is an access door located in the bottom of Unit A duplex to connect the two units (A &B) on the inside, before climbing the stairs.

The fully equipped kitchens and adjacent dining areas are where you'll get to prepare and enjoy delicious meals with your loved ones before relaxing in the living room, setting the stage for memorable evenings. Plenty of natural light comes through the large windows, making the home very bright during the day, accenting the hardwood floors, and enhancing the luxurious ambiance.

The entire property has ten comfortable bedrooms: 3 in Unit A, 4 in Unit B, 2 in Unit C, and 1 in Unit D; each featuring 5☆-resort comforts that allow you to rest after an exciting day of Houston adventures.

A fantastic home like this would not shine in its best light if it did not have a private area where you can relax and enjoy the mesmerizing natural surroundings. Step out into the fully fenced backyard, offering a tranquil oasis perfect for relaxation and outdoor activities. The entire listing is enclosed with its own privacy fence and gated parking up to 7 cars. The Hot Tub, Gazebo, and fenced in amenities are exclusive to the guests of Charcoal Resort. This listing is for the whole property.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire property within the fenced/gated areas and includes parking for up to 7 cars behind the gates. Any additional cars will need to use the free parking on the street.

**Extra attention is paid to sanitizing this space to guard against any contagion**

**Please be assured we prioritize and are proactive about protecting our guests' health and safety**

**Absolutely no smoking indoors. If any smoke smell is detected a $350 fee will be applied**

**This is a transitioning area that may appear rough but it's safe and very quiet at night. There are exterior Ring cameras for added security**

** You may hear the train at times which causes some noise**

**Please remember that you're staying in a neighborhood, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP**

We are not onsite but live close by and can be reached via the App. The locks are all on Smart locks.
