Our comfy, well-equipped home is in a quiet neighborhood just 1/2 mile from downtown, with easy access to numerous restaurants, craft breweries and wineries, boutiques, markets and outdoor activities.
Absolutely NO SMOKING on property.

The Cozy Suite is a completely private, 2-bedroom suite with everything you need to relax during your Harrisonburg adventure.

The Cozy Suite comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests with plenty of common spaces to relax in. Both the king and queen bedrooms boast high quality mattresses with luxurious memory foam toppers and sparking clean linens.

❖EAT❖
The economy kitchenette designed for practicality is complete with a microwave, mini fridge, and Keurig coffee maker. You will also find dishes, wine glasses, cutlery and basics like sugar, salt&pepper, and creamer.
The guest resources binder inside the suite lists all of our favorite downtown restaurants which are just minutes away.

A brand new couch with chaise lounge, as well as cushioned dining chairs provide ample seating in the common room, which features a flatscreen Roku TV and electric fireplace. The suite also has reading material, books, and card games.
Free, high speed wifi throughout the house ensures reliable connectivity during your stay.

The Cozy Suite is within walking distance of Kiwanis Park, which features a playground, basketball court and running track.
Other nearby parks featuring beautiful views and accessible walking trails include Purcell Park, Hillandale Park, and Westover Park.

The Cozy Suite also has an outdoor patio with seating. Please note that there are stairs leading down to the patio and the entrance to the suite.
Parking is limited to 2 cars per reservation.

The house has separate upper and lower levels. You will have private access to the entire lower level of the house, including:
❖ Lower patio/seating area
❖ Private door & entryway
❖ Private suite with two bedrooms, living room, kitchenette/dining area, and full bathroom

We have a trusted tenant that lives in the upper level of the house. You may hear soft footsteps from above, but most of the time you won't hear anything at all. :)

We offer completely contactless check-in but are always happy to provide restaurant or activity suggestions if desired. We also respect your privacy and will leave you undisturbed during your stay. Early check-ins/late check-outs can often be accommodated with advance notice for an additional fee.

Unapproved late check-outs will automatically incur a fee of $50 per hour.
