Our family very much enjoyed our stay! Bring your own pillow if you are particular about that sort of thing. Be aware that entering the beach on the buggy is tricky because of the powdery sand. Be prepared to push. The hot tub was great although half of the lid has had better days. Overall we would definitely stay again!!

The property was very clean and everything was what was advertised. Also highly recommend renting the golf cart for additional, made going to and from with small children so easy. Highly recommend sitting on the deck in the morning with your coffee and evening with a nice beverage to end the day, the breeze was a nice way to time out from the choas of the day. The hot tub was a nice way to relax after a long beach day. Also very conveniently located to get to the big store. We will definitely be going back but for a longer stay. The place is definitely a 10/10.

Family Memorial Day Get away

This is very cute, cozy, & spacious vacation beach house. Very convenient golf cart ride to the beach the family loved being together and we enjoyed our stay. The host was just a text away when we needed them. You will love staying here.

We had a great stay in this beautiful home! Only downside was the golf cart wasn’t accessible. We also didn’t get in the hot tub due to sand already in there. Other than those 2 things, the home is very spacious! We really enjoyed ourselves! Thanks

Communication is was great and responded fast to my questions. Nice quiet neighborhood. House was great and very clean. We had plenty of room for our group of 10. The walk in shower made it easy for us because we have a special needs child so it was easy to bath him. Downstairs was nice and quiet and has a good breeze at night so you don't get hot. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Stay! Beautiful Home.

We had a wonderful stay. While things happen that are beyond the owners control, they were very accommodating and quick to address any issues we had. The home is beautiful and loved the accommodations available. The hosts provided toiletries, towels, and soaps. My husband’s only concern was the tv was broke in the bedroom (I prefer to sleep without tv), the only light that worked in first room was a table lamp. Other than those issues the house was great.

Quick trip

We only stayed 1 night but we had a great time. The house is beautiful and has what you need for a stay including body wash, shampoo and conditioner in the bathrooms. It’s about 5 rows from the beach so just a short walk. The hot tub was so relaxing It’s a very comfortable place. The hosts gave very quick responses to our texts. Just FYI, the golf cart is not included. It cost $125 extra to use it.

Great House, Great Host

The house is beautiful and very clean. Pretty good view of the ocean and beach from the upper deck porch. I stayed for two weeks there and was a great place to get away while I was back in the states. The wifi could’ve been a little bit better but it got the job done for work. Karishma was awesome with communication and always got back to me within the hour of needing anything. I’m the future I will for sure be coming back if I’m in the area and in need of a place to stay. Thank you!

Lovely House

The house was beautiful, clean and convenient. We had a girls weekend and it was the perfect setting, white and beachy! Only thing I can complain about is the lack of amenities advertised… there were no games like listed, the Alexa home would not stay connected to play music and the TVs did not work. When I told the property manager about the TVs, I was told the previous tenant broke them but I was upset this was not communicated. We specifically booked for the hot tub and it would not heat above 95 and felt like bath water. We had also asked for the golf cart and were told it wasn’t available only at check in time so we had to ramble to find another, Crystal Beach Golf Carts saved the day! Host did communicate well, and tried to help fix the hot tub but it didn’t work. All in all, great stay but I think this property could do with quality check ups weekly or before/after each stay.

Don’t be deceived. Bugs bugs inside!!!In the pictures this looks like a well taken care of, well stocked house. Upon arrival the keys weren’t where they were supposed to be, we had to call the owner. The first night we were there, there were upwards of 50 bugs that we killed. Aunts in the kitchen, cockroaches in the sink, on the floor in the cabinets.. there was a tick crawling up the wall in my daughter’s room. We had to then wait for an exterminator on our vacation the next day. It was gross. My husband was injured on the property due to the horribly rusted drawer guide for the garbage cabinet.. we struggled to get it pulled in and out and it was so rusted it broke and fell on his foot. The owner could care less. If you are planning a beach vacation, you had better bring ALL of your own stuff. No umbrellas, no chairs no anything. And I wouldn’t let my children touch their sand toys they are disgusting Thank God we brought all of our own stuff. No shampoo, or coffee as advertised. The towels are the cheapest dollar store towels they could have possible bought and if you don’t want to sleep on a mattress that feels like it had been taken from the side of the road and put on the bed I would not suggest staying here. Don’t be deceived by the “golf cart on site” you will pay and extra premium for it. Turns out I did my research after the fact and the local rentals are cheaper. We have rented a beach house every year and we would never rent from these people again.

The keys mentioned in your review were for the garage and were stored in a different designated area inside the home than where they typically are. Regarding your concern about insects — our property receives regular pest control service, but as our home is located close to the beach, it can occasionally happen that a few bugs enter when doors or windows are left open. Once you informed us, we immediately contacted our pest control company, who arrived first thing the next morning at the time you requested. As for the drawer, we are very sorry to hear that your husband was injured. The drawer was in good working condition prior to your stay, and unfortunately, it was damaged due to excessive force used during your stay. Lastly, we’d like to note that amenities such as shampoo and coffee were provided, and their locations were shared during your stay. Our listing accurately reflects available items—beach umbrellas, for example, are not included and were never advertised as part of our offering. We take pride in maintaining a clean, comfortable home for all guests, as reflected in our many positive reviews. While we regret that your stay didn’t go as smoothly as hoped, we wish you and your family the best in your future travels.

This was the worst property from VRBO I have ever stayed at.1. When we got there I did not have WIFI code. I had no internet so asked a neighbor so I could log in. 2. This property says as one of its benefits that you can swim at your leisure. The diamond point says luxurious swimming poolThere is not pool.False advertising! You don’t swim in a hot tub. 3. The hot tub which you don’t swim in was very dirty. On day 3 a pool guy was next door and he said no problems I will clean the hot tub. He I thought did excellent job. Drained the whole tub and wiped it down. The filter was extremely dirty and he tried to clean it needs to be changed. The next day thought about getting in, but seats had sand. Never used. 4. The second night used the grill. It took over 45 minutes to cook hamburgers. The grill would never get above 275. Our neighbor was gracious and let us use his out door grill for steaks that were two inches thick. Propane was very low.5. The skillet and most of baking pans are rusted. I cooked eggs for breakfast and had to let skillet sit in sink for two days. 6. It says golf cart available. It does not mention there is a cost. I had to pay for days that did not use and the cart was not full of gas. False advertising again7. They left one extra roll per bathroom for 9 people booked. This has never happened before. There should be least two/ bathroom.I believe we should get a reimbursed for false advertingexpected a pool and grill that worked and no rusty pans.
