Sea Glass 415 is ready to rent! Its a brand new condo with beautiful modern decor. Our beds are comfortable and our condo is laid out for ultimate functionality for all your vacation needs. We have large smart TV's and a fully equipped kitchen for a perfect beach vacay. Dont see something you need, then please let us know so we can accommodate you. I own 2 other units at Sea Glass (vrbo.com/2101577 and vrbo.com/2105938). These have over 85 excellent reviews. I love what I do and want your vacation to meet your expectations.
Sea Glass is a beachfront complex located on the beach. My condo #415 has a resort pool view with partial ocean and beach views.
Sea Glass (#415) is located in beautiful Gulf Shores, Alabama and is everything a traveler could desire for today’s beachfront vacation. It is within walking distance of local restaurants, live music venues and family activities, directly in the heart of Gulf Shores. This unit is a brand new (July 2023) 1 bedroom (King Bed) with small 2nd bedroom/media room (Full size bed with twin bunk overhead)1.5 bath (sleeps 4-7) Sofa Sleeper in the Living Room. 65" smart tv. Sliding glass door with large windows to keep an open feel. This is a low density development that provides accommodations in a low rise four story U-Shaped design layout. Sea Glass has an amazing resort style pool with hot tub. 2 elevators to use. Stay at Sea Glass to stay out of the crowds while staying in the heart of Gulf Shores. We are located on the West Beach area of downtown Gulf Shores, 0.9 mile to the Hangout Restaurant, and directly across from Pier 33 convenience store. Come experience a beach vacation along the 32 mile island to experience incredibly beautiful white sand beaches. We would love for you to vacation with us!!!

Hi, I’m Jason! Epic Properties began years ago when I, originally from Ohio, settled in Franklin, Tennessee after college and bought my first condo in Gulf Shores. What started as one property quickly turned into a passion for creating a better, more personal way for families to vacation.
Today, my wife, February, helps decorate, style, and photograph our condos to give each one that welcoming, coastal feel guests love, and our daughter, Kaylee, manages the marketing and design.
We live in Franklin, TN, about seven hours north of the beach, and never miss a chance to head south to the sand. We now own seven condos in Gulf Shores and Orange Beach, and I personally manage each one to make sure it’s well‑maintained and ready for your arrival.

We fell in love with Gulf Shores because it has the perfect balance of fun and calm. Some days we’re out exploring local shops, state parks, and restaurants — and other days we just sit on the balcony, listen to the waves, and enjoy the peaceful, uncrowded beach right outside. The beaches here are wide, clean, and beautiful, and over the years the area has only gotten better — new spots to eat right on the sand, great weather year‑round, and endless things to do for all ages. And with its prime West Beach spot, Sea Glass is the perfect location to enjoy it all — close to everything, but still relaxed and never overcrowded.

Its fresh coastal style, resort‑style pool and hot tub, and unbeatable West Beach location make it easy to relax, with Pier 33 grocery across the street and Bahama Bob’s seafood just a short walk away. Each condo is thoughtfully designed to feel like a true home by the beach, with fully stocked kitchens, cozy décor, and our personal attention to detail to ensure every stay is clean, welcoming, and unforgettable.
