Located in the heart of midtown, you’ll find this beautifully renovated 2-story masterpiece. The entire upstairs is a primary-suite loft with huge spa bathroom.
Downstairs you’ll find a 2nd room with king bed, a 3rd room with queen bed and a 4th room with double bed and desk area as well as another large full bathroom. Large deck off the spacious kitchen has a place to enjoy a drink while you unwind in the hot tub. Fully privacy-fenced yard for your non-shedding pets. 4 driveway parking spots.

Peaceful, quiet, sidewalk-lined streets. Hospital is at the end of the street. You’ll see many people riding bikes, walking their dogs, etc. through this family-oriented neighborhood.

Guests have access to all areas except basement where we keep all of our cleaning supplies.

We have gone to great care to make your stay comfortable. All of the beds have luxurious linens and a variety of soft and firm fluffy pillows encased in protectors and pillow covers and washed after every guest. All rooms have blinds and most windows also have blackout curtains over the blinds. The french door has a privacy shade that can be let down as well.
2 King beds make this the perfect place for more than one couple to stay.
The upstairs is a loft-style room with a king-size bed (firm with a 4” topper) and a huge spa bathroom with soaker tub and open shower., and double sink. Partitions are provided for privacy. Giant flat screen tv is mounted across from bed. Lots of overhead lighting as well as lamps and low-lighting to set the perfect mood.
The downstairs king-room has large double windows with blinds and blackout shades and a large closet and TV, ceiling fan, overhead lighting and lamps.
Queen bedroom has blinds and blackout shades as well as a desk/chair area.
Full bedroom is lined with windows on 2 sides (with blackout curtains) and has a super comfy bed with lots of pillows.
There are 2 sofa’s in the living room that can be used as additional sleeping space if needed.
Hall bathroom has double sinks and a full bathtub/shower combo and we supply lots of plush towels for your use.
The deck off the kitchen has a 4-person hot tub and table for outdoor dining. Fully privacy-fenced yard for your furry friends and kids. Throw a frisbee or a football while you enjoy the beautiful outdoor space.
Large kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could need for making a delicious meal. From a waffle maker, air fryer, pots and pans, wine glasses, cooking oil, spices, 2 coffee makers and several kinds of coffee, kettle, coffee bean grinder, etc. Everything you need! 2 large, comfortable couches and several plush chairs make the living room a wonderful place to gather. Dining table has seating for 6 and an additional table with seating for 2 is in the kitchen.
This property has a doorbell camera and a driveway camera. Both record audio and video.

Portable crib with bedding available and is located under the downstairs King bed. Bedding for the crib is in the closet.

Please note: A starter amount of supplies will be left for you. A couple of trash bags, rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom, 1 extra roll of paper towels, several K-cups of coffee and some ground coffee, a small bowl of creamers and sweeteners, etc. If you are staying for more than a day or two, you will likely need to purchase more of these supplies for yourself. There is a grocery store located very conveniently close to the property and we will be happy to help you with directions if needed.
