Do you like peaceful, quiet and spacious? Then this is the home for you. This 6-bedroom 2 bath home is big enough for the whole family. It has a fully stocked kitchen, dining room, and a large living room area. This home sits in the middle of the piney woods of East Texas. Far enough away, but still close to town. We would love to host you and your family, book today!

Great home, spacious and clean. Outside of home was also very nice and kept. We were there for son’s university graduation and was able to sit outside and grill for our family members that came along. Only suggestion I would make is to add another bathroom with shower for such a big home for 12 guests.

Fishing get away

Great place to stay during our recent trip to fish in the area. Plenty of room for boat parking. House was very clean and had plenty of space.

Family Gathering

Our hosta were gracious enough to accommodate our needs for our family gathering. We were pleased with the location, space and decorum. This home checked all of our boxes and we will definitely book this home again in the future!

Great place only one issue the master bathroom does not have shower some people like to take a good shower it does have tub also the bed on the master bedroom I will recommend to make it queen size it will be great specially when you have a baby other that that Is a really nice place landscape Is great beautiful trees Inside of the house is really beautiful we are definitely recommend to stay

Wonderful Reunion Home

Wonderful clean home for family and friends to get together. Comfy beds, plenty of beds, outdoor play area. Only inconvenience was occasional spotty WiFi. Would definitely stay again.

The property was even more pet friendly than we thought. (Ironic since we made other arrangements for fur babies at the last minte lol)There is a dog-proof fence around the back yard and the heaviest-duty extra large kennel on back porch. The kitchen is stocked better than most rentals Ive stayed in. Check out was not intensive. Basic strip bed. Do dishes, trash, set thermostat back. All very straightforward and was communicated well. The area is remote, as advertised and desired! Also beautiful and peaceful. Not a critique, but in a perfect world I wish there were a few more kid friendly activities on site ie ( board games, video games, swings, etc) and a few more wall hooks due to limited closet space in 5 of the 6 bedrooms.Still an overall 5 star review, make no mistake! Just pack a few more kiddo games next time, a few less clothes for the adults. Huge bonus: comfy orthopedic beds! Everything very clean, smelled great. Very comfortable stay. Very happy with our chouce to stay here. Family all agrees!

Grace property

Excellent setting for us and the 2 dogs. Large country property very private and quiet. We loved all the amenities. Probably need to spray for scorpions and spiders.

Home was very clean, plenty of room, peaceful location, secure and plenty of amenities. The only thing missing is televisions in bedrooms. That's a must especially with children. Had to go out and buy 3 televisions at Walmart. I myself need one in my bedroom, otherwise it was perfect and would definitely recommend. Thanks, Kat

Trip to Kilgore.

The property was clean, dog friendly and comfortable. The only problem was we were without power two times during our stay, the first time was over 24 hours in the middle od July so you can imagine, the second time was about five hour's. A generator or a call from the owner would have been nice.

I am so sorry you experienced this with us! Hurricane Beryl was heavily impacting our area at the start of your stay. As a locally owned property management company we strive to provide guests with seamless and comfortable stays. With that being said, please understand we were doing the best we could. Between reaching out to all of our guests, checking on the homes, as well as tending to our own homes and families, our hands were tied. I had reached out to you prior to the storm wishing you well along with tips to help during the storm. I reached out again the next day after the storm had passed checking in with you. To my knowledge at that point, power had been restored and your group was happy. Again I am deeply sorry your experience was adversely impacted by the hurricane and tornadoes which followed! East Tx was hit harder than any of us anticipated.

Awesome place

Property was absolutely on point according to the description very clean and spacious. Had access to all the appliances, mini fridge and freezer was a plus. The owner was very very prompt to respond questions on a timely manner. Instructions were clear and to the point. Spacious yard and house located not too far from town and groceries stores. Easy check in and check out. Good was stocked with all the necessities. Rooms were clean a d equipped with linens. Bathroom was very well equipped with bath towels. Over all we all enjoyed the property very much.
