This home offers three spacious upstairs bedrooms, including a plush Master with stunning views and a dedicated workspace, plus a cozy downstairs mother-in-law suite for added privacy. The fully equipped chef's kitchen makes meal prep a breeze, complemented by an open-concept dining area ideal for family meals and a patio with a BBQ grill for outdoor dining. Enjoy two inviting living areas: an upstairs space with an oversized sectional and panoramic views, featuring a Roku TV with Netflix, Hulu, and HBO, and a downstairs living room perfect for intimate gatherings with board games and a foosball table. We offer 11 other homes in the Reno area, so if you're looking for additional accommodation beyond 14 people!
In the winter time, there may be snow and ice conditions. The streets are plowed frequently, but depending on conditions, tire chains and/or 4 wheel drive may be needed to get to our home. No refunds will be provided due to weather/snow conditions or inadequate preparation for winter driving.
- Smoking is NOT allowed anywhere on the premises.
- Small dogs and cats are allowed. All dogs must be kept on a leash throughout the neighborhood.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm – 9am each day.
- NO PARTIES OR EVENTS (this is a quiet, shared neighborhood and there will an $1000 fine for any reported parties or noise complaints)
- Loud, rude, obnoxious, disrespectful, or disorderly behavior is not allowed at any time. We will give one courtesy warning for any such behavior. If such behavior continues, you and your party can be evicted without refund.
- Normal cleaning fees are included in all rental rates, however additional billing will occur for any excessive/abnormal cleaning, damages, or missing items.
- Please make sure to fully turn off the BBQ and fire pit after use
- Jacuzzi/Hot Tub and the Bunk Beds are both used at your own risk and we won't be held liable for any accidents
- Please do not use the white towels on the floor, on kitchen surfaces, or for cleaning make up—there are kitchen/make up towels and paper towels provided
- Please do not have packages or mail delivered to the home
- Please make sure doors and windows are closed & locked when leaving the unit.
- Linens, blankets, and towels are not to be removed from the home. Please do not take these items to parks or outdoor venues.
- Check Out is at 11:00am Pacific Time

Our home is located about as close as it gets to San Rafael Park, where the city holds countless events and festivals. Our front door is just 50 feet from a wonderful trailhead, where you can access Evans Creek which connects to miles of hiking and mountain biking trails, perfect for morning walks or evening runs. With UNR/Downtown Reno only 5 minutes away, and Truckee/Lake Tahoe 30-40 minutes away, this is a prime location to enjoy all that Reno has to offer.
This is a quiet and safe neighborhood with friendly and respectful neighbors, and we ask that you also respect our neighbors by keeping the noise levels down at night. This is NOT a party house, and our maximum occupancy is 14 guests.

The home backs up to open space, providing a feeling of seclusion, with sounds of frogs and crickets in the evenings. You'll be located about as close as it gets to San Rafael Park, where the city holds countless events and festivals. Our front door is just 50 feet from a wonderful trailhead, where you can access Evans Creek which connect to miles of hiking and mountain biking trails, perfect for morning walks or evening runs. There is also a disk golf course just stones throw away from the backyard! With UNR/Downtown Reno only 5 minutes away, and Truckee/Lake Tahoe 30-40 minutes away, this is a prime location to enjoy all that Reno has to offer.
Our backyard is designed for entertaining. You'll enjoy unobstructed views whether you're lounging in the Hot Tub, warming up by the propane fire pit, or relaxing in a hammock. Get a game of Corn Hole going while you grill on one of two BBQs (we offer one propane BBQ and one built in Charcoal BBQ).
