Make your way through the front door of Maison de Magnolia and take in the warm hues and pops of color that flow throughout the main living area. Feel the Caribbean vibe through the home’s décor and artwork. The dining room has seating for six at the large glass-top table. The adjacent kitchen features stainless steel appliances and plenty of space on the granite countertops to prepare your gourmet meals. The breakfast bar has seating for four to watch the family chef in action. Your family will enjoy gathering in the living room with seating for everyone. A picture window with extra seating overlooks the pool area.
The home’s private pool is sparkling with the rays of the sun and the sounds of the soothing fountain. Enjoy the large courtyard and conversation seating!
The primary suite is also located on the first floor with views of the private pool area. The spacious king bedroom features a sitting area, flat-screen TV, walk-in closet, ensuite bath with granite top double sink vanity, walk-in shower, separate jetted bathtub, and water closet.
Upstairs, you will find two guest bedrooms and a laundry room. Each guest bedroom offers two beds. The first guest bedroom features two queen beds with a flat-screen TV and a walk-in closet. The shared guest bath has a shower/tub combination and a single vanity. The second guest bedroom has two full beds, a spacious closet, and a flat-screen TV.

This Miramar Beach location is only minutes away from grocery stores, gulf-front restaurants, friendly beach bars, and bargain shopping for world-class designer goods at the famous Silver Sands Premium Outlets. The stylish town center of Grand Boulevard is nearby in Sandestin with great restaurants, fine clothiers, fashion boutiques, a Publix grocery store, and a state-of-the-art movie theater with a VIP dining room. Also, in Sandestin is the captivating Village of Baytowne Wharf, which was inspired by the enchanting architecture found in the New Orleans French Quarter. It hosts many restaurants, fun bars, live music, unique family attractions, festivals, outdoor concerts, and exciting seasonal fireworks celebrations.
