Thank you for taking the time to write this review and for being our guest. We're gald to hear that you enjoyed your stay, found the condo clean and comfortable, and appreciated our quick communication. We're also glad you were able to make use of the beach bin—it’s a great resource for our guests! We understand your disappointment regarding the early check-in request. While we do our best to accommodate early arrivals whenever possible, we can only guarantee them when the offer is accepted in advance, as this allows us to prioritize the property and ensure it is ready for your arrival. Thank you for your kind feedback! We're so glad to hear that you enjoyed your stay, found the property clean and well-equipped, and especially that you loved the beautiful view from the porch — it's definitely a guest favorite! We also appreciate you mentioning the noise from the sliding doors. Thank you for completing our online questionnaire, Our properties are all non smoking, however smoking is permitted on the balcony (with doors closed to stop the odor from entering the property and also to prevent the fire alarms from going off) However we do ask that guests be courteous to people around them if they are smoking on the balcony. We hope overall you did enjoy your stay at The Emerald Towers West!
