This condo was very nice - well decorated, clean, great view and being on the third floor made it very easy to take the stairs as needed. The property management was very responsive to our needs. There were a couple of issues before we officially checked in, one of which was the AC, but they had someone on their way before we even entered the unit. Loved being relatively close to the pier and having the beach service is always a huge plus!

Great location

The condo was right on the beach. We couldn't have been any closer. Really convenient to come back in and out when we wanted to. Plenty of great food within walking distance. The covered parking spot was great to keep my car away from the elements.

Beautiful condo with all the necessary kitchen needs.

We loved this condo more than any of the others we rented previously. The balcony chairs were perfect for morning coffee and sunset conversation.

Perfect location!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is perfect! The location on Okaloosa Island is great. Close enough to Destin if you want to take part in the tourist activities, but far enough away from the noise. We loved that the building only has 6 floors. It is steps from the beach and has 2 great pools to use. The daily beach service is also an awesome perk. Highly recommend this condo. We will be booking this condo again. Whenever we return to the island.

Thank you so much for your kind words! We're thrilled to hear you enjoyed your stay and appreciated the peaceful location on Okaloosa Island—close to all the action in Destin, but just far enough away to relax. We're glad the smaller building, easy beach access, pools, and daily beach service made your stay even better. We truly appreciate your recommendation and can’t wait to welcome you back on your next visit to the island!

Exactly as expected

This unit was exactly as described in the listing. The location is convenient for both Ft. Walton and Destin and is within walking distance to several restaurants. We enjoyed eating at FUBAR the most. We took advantage of the chair and umbrella rental several times during our stay and it was a very smooth process. The young lady that checked us in was very friendly and we were fortunate enough to check-in early. We would definitely recommend this unit and wouldvstay here again in the future.

All communications were fast and easy for everything. . Loved all the amenities and decor. True beach home! Location was fantastic! My family really enjoyed everything about it! The beach was amazing and not crowded even during spring break. We definitely see ourselves staying here again!
