Cozy Sunset Cottage on the family farm near Cave Run Lake and Morehead State

Sunset Cottage is located among the farms and fields of Morehead, KY. Conveniently situated off of I-64, within 10 minutes of Cave Run Lake, App Harvest, Ind. Stave Co., and Morehead State University. This newly remodeled 2-bedroom home has 1 queen, 1 full, and1 twin bed to comfortably sleep 5 people. A quaint living room with an electric fireplace that adjoins a fully furnished kitchen and dining area. The kitchen includes a full-sized refrigerator and stove, pot/pans, toaster, microwave, coffee maker, dishes, silverware, and much more. Sunset Cottage also has a full-size washer and dryer in home. All linens and towels are provided as are all paper products. The outdoor space includes a gas grill with an outdoor dining area overlooking the green pasture fields. The front porch is the best place to catch that evening sunset while relaxing in a cozy rocking chair or on the porch swing. There is plenty of parking at Sunset Cottage with lots of room for your boat or travel trailer. We do have security cameras in place for your protection. There is one camera on the front porch facing the front door, one on the corner of the front porch facing the side door and parking lot, and one on the back corner of the housing facing the back yard. It is self-check-in at the cottage and before arrival you will receive the Key Code to the front door.
