Outstanding Place

The house was incredible. I have a 3 and 9 year old and they were in love the minute they walked in. The owners have thought of everything, and the house had ice cream details down to the knobs on the drawers. Would definitely stay again!

You will leave happy!

We stayed here for a girl’s trip and had an amazing time! The attention to detail is awesome. It’s fun and happy while still being classy. The setting in the country is peaceful but you’re still close enough to Waco to do all the things. Highly recommend!!

Great Theme

The house is an event in itself. We all enjoyed looking at all of the details and photo opportunities. Felt like the country, but just 10 minutes from everything.

The CUTEST Air Bib in Texas

Casa Kumwesu is so cute, clean, and spacious. We loved our stay! I highly recommend this colorful getaway! The house looks just like the pics and we had the best time making great memories with all of the photo opps! Very clean, colorful and welcoming spot. All appliances work plus lots of seating and sleeping areas. This place is a 10/10!

Had a great time at Casa Kumwesu.

We have group of six ladies spent the weekend at Casa Kumwesu, the place is better than in the pictures, it's like a dream fairy tale, we all enjoyed so much and can't get enough pictures, the owner is so creative and put in lots of details all over the house. Our host Paula is also great, she's very responsive and help out with our requests. This is a must go place for girls weekend trip!

We had such a great time staying at Casa Kumwesu with my 2 girls. The place is amazing - so so cute! Can't wait to go back. I already promised my daughter we'll be back for her birthday. Celebrating birthdays in style!

We celebrated two family members birthdays at Casa Kumwesu this past weekend. The house has an incredibly well thought out design. There are tons of great places for family pics- actually there were so many that I’m having trouble narrowing them down to the best ones! It was definitely a girlie house but even the male family members appreciated the work that had gone into making it such a unique home. I highly recommend Casa Kumwesu!

Perfect Girls’ Weekend Getaway

We loved everything about Casa Kumwesu (or as we called it, The Ice Cream house)! It was very clean, the beds were comfy and very spacious. It was so perfect to celebrate my daughter’s 12th birthday with her BFF. They screamed with excitement as they walked through each space. Obviously, there are endless photo ops but it was also very peaceful. The porch was perfect for chatting and relaxing. It was the perfect backdrop for our weekend. It was close to Magnolia and the Silos, Heritage Homestead and other fun places to shop and eat. Would definitely go back!

Ice cream is my love language

This is the happiest place on earth! You can't help but smile when you walk in here. Spoiler alert: you will want to eat ice cream immediately after entering. They have thought of everything and more. This is the perfect spot to stay with kids. The whole upstairs loft is a DREAM! Giant cushy pillows can double as beds, games, and even a Ms Pac-Man! The downstairs bedrooms can sleep even more people in actual beds (but the kids are definitely going to want to sleep up in that loft! What an adorable place. I wish I lived there.

unbelievable ice cream dreamhouse!!

I absolutely loved my stay at Casa Kumwesu! The attention to detail that was put into the design of the house is absolutely astounding... it was clearly created by a true ice cream lover with impeccable taste! The property boasts one incredible photo opp after another, and there's even ice cream sundae fixings and an ice cream machine if you feel industrious and wanted to make your own! Casa K is the perfect place for a food-focused retreat/workshop, an ideal location for a celebratory slumber party (whether you're 12 or 60 years old) or a perfect family vacation house (the game room upstairs is perfect for kids...I also know they intend to add a pool to the property at some point, which is really the only thing that would make it better!) Some other fun bonuses include a lovely deep soaking tub and a surprise "disco shower", as I liked to call it! You'll see what I mean! :) A stay at Casa Kumwesu is an absolute must for foodies, Instagrammers or really *anyone* looking for a fun, colorful Texas getaway!
