You won't have to fight the traffic for a quick grocery run, but you’re centrally located to everything you'll want to experience while visiting Gulf Shores!
If it's comfort you want, this home has it. The house was designed to accommodate multiple families and offer privacy to all guests. All bedrooms feature ceiling fans, 58" Roku Smart TV's and premium mattresses. Three bedrooms have private bathrooms, four bedrooms have direct access to a deck. The main master features a king bed, patio, blackout curtains, double sinks, and a luxury shower with body sprays. It also has a dedicated workspace and a laser printer, located by the window so you can work with a view. The family room, kitchen and dining area are open and naturally flow to the main deck, making it easy and comfortable to accommodate large groups. The living area features a fireplace and a 65" Roku Smart TV. There are three dining areas in the home, offering indoor and outdoor dining. The dining table seats 8, and the kitchen island seats 4, to accommodate 12 for indoor dining. The kitchen is a Chef's kitchen, featuring premium appliances and all of the extra small appliances families need (air fryer, crock pot, blender, mixer, etc), serving bowls, platters and spices for your convenience!

Outdoors you will find a main deck dining table seating 6 and a picnic table on the patio comfortably seating 6-8. The pool/patio area has a comfortable outdoor seating set that provides an abundance of seating in the shade. You’ll also find plenty of Adirondack and lounge chairs around the pool to soak up the sun. The pool is heated and chilled for the optimum temperature, featuring 2 tanning ledges, and in water chaise lounges.

If you're into golf, you're in luck! Located less than 8 miles to 5 golf courses, the closest only 2 miles away, you can play 18 holes and still have time to hit the beach.

After a long day having fun in the sun or playing 18 holes, enjoy a relaxing soak in the therapeutic hot tub, which seats 6, features 47 jets and Bluetooth speakers for your entertainment. Beyond the pool is a cozy fire pit area (firewood provided) , and a gate providing direct and easy access to the lagoon and brand new pier/boat dock with built in bench seating!

Other features include hair dryers in each bathroom, an outdoor shower, a Weber gas grill, indoor and outdoor family games, a single person kayak and multiple size life vests, and several ice coolers.

NOTE: For our guests convenience, we have furnished the home with the following beach supplies: Umbrella, tent, blanket, chairs, toys and a large collapsible beach wagon for easy transport! (See photo)

Southern Charm is in a brand-new construction area therefore, there may be construction noise during workdays between 7am to 3 PM

*Pool heating is subject to air temperature. Thermostat is set to 91, however heat pump performance can be affected by air temperatures below 45 degrees, which can affect actual water temperature.
