Beautiful studio casita with amazing views only 8 miles from Zion National park!

KJ, we appreciate the great review, but I wanted to address a few of you comments. There is a front patio with two adirondack chairs and a table with beautiful views of Gooseberry Mesa which many guests have commented on, so I'm sorry that you found the neighbor's yard across the street and to the right of us the direction to focus. Unfortunately, while he does have some junk cars there is nothing we can do about that being in the country and not in an HOA. As far as messaging about the driveway, it's unfortunately necessary as many people don't read the messages about where to park and end up blocking our cars in or out of the garage. As far as the doors in the casita, one leads to a storage room for our cleaner and all of the supplies for the unit, the other leads to our foyer, but always remains deadbolted. I'm sorry you felt unsafe, but we weren't even home during your stay (which I also shared in a message), so you had nothing to be concerned about from a privacy or security standpiont since there was nobody there except you. Mary, thank you for taking the time to do a review, but I think you may have confused our casita with somewhere else that you stayed as there are no other guests, nor a bonfire and s'mores at our property?
