Velkommen til vores state of the art ejerlejlighed i hjertet af Cinnamon Shore Town Center! Denne 2. sal et soveværelse Condo kan rumme op til 6 gæster. Den afslappede Condo funktioner skibe skødet træ arbejde og bløde kystnære farver, 10 ft lofter, flise gulve, granit tællere og rustfrit stål apparater! Adorable indbyggede køjesenge i gangen tillader yderligere sovende perfekt til børn. Golf cart og strand stol huslejer er bare et opkald væk som en del af de tjenester, der tilbydes på kanel shore. Bare et par minutter væk er den maleriske lille by Port A, hvor bugten og dybhavsfisketure kan chartres. Glem ikke vores tre resort-stil svømmehaller, to fiskesøer og smukke grønne områder. Du vil aldrig mangle på ting at gøre, mens du fer på smukke Cinnamon Shore!

Perfect location and the best community. Anything we needed was taken care of immediately. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. We zipped around on the golf cart. Loved using the pools. Loved the beautiful beach access. The pizza place was great. The whole community is an experience in itself. We would go on golf cart rides just to look at houses. We will be back!!

Maintenance Issues Unresolved

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Check in was OK. However, when we went into the unit, we could audibly hear water dripping. A quick search showed that the AC unit was condensing - all over the electric water heater below the unit, and into the water heater drip pan that was almost full, with a plugged overflow pan drain and mold growing in the HVAC cab inet. Went back to the office, and requested a different unit and was firmly denied. Said I had to talk to manager, who would not be there until the next day. They did send maintenance, who blew out the drain and nmopped the floor and HVAC cabinet. Maintenance also said there was nothing wrong with the unit. Next day, the manager said that she could not change the unit, as I had a contract with that owner. If they moved us, we would be taking money from the unit owner. I could pay full price to rent another unit, no accommodation. As I didn’t want ruin my vacation, forfeit the rent, or pay double, we stayed out of the unit as much as possible. We have been to CS 3 times. Will we go back? Not with that management in place. Just a fee...

We had the best time! It was our first time at cinnamon shores and we will definitely be back. We loved everything that was on the property. All the restaurants were fantastic. Especially liked that you could order food and drinks at the beach. The evening/night entertainment was fun. And all the pools were clean and maintained. Can’t say enough good things.

Last minute trip

We booked a last minute trip for Mother’s Day, and it was so great! We had an issue with the dryer it was fixed right away! My husband and I stayed with our two small children, it was perfect for a quick trip!

The fridge wasn’t working and needed to be reset. Woke up to a warm fridge annd spoiled groceries. and no ice. Maintenance had to bring a second fridge which took up space in the living room. Other than those issues everything else was lovely. Would definitely come back.

This specific property was nice and very clean but upon further inspection just needs a little TLC/updates. The sheets were a little scratchy, the furniture was a little uncomfortable, you could see nicks and scratches on the walls from previous stays, and some of the dishes in the cupboard were dirty and needed a wash. You could just see the little wear and tear in person that you can't see in the pictures. It wasn't enough to dampen our visit and overall it was still pretty clean and you can't beat the Cinnamon Shores property and amenities.

Its small and beautiful. We spend every spring break here for the last five years. This year, no heated pools, the elevators were not working in the condo we stayed in. Having no elevator for our stay was extremely difficult as we had to carry everything up the stairs!! Also, they had zero activities scheduled for the kids. No more s'mores by the large pit, no movie night, no sandcastle making--nothing!

Super Cute and Kid Friendly

The mini bunks in the hallway are a wonderful adventure for the little ones but far enough for some privacy in the bedroom/bathroom. I was able to make breakfast and dinner every day (and a birthday cake) in the kitchen and had everything I needed to do so! Lovely! We could see the town center green very well from the balcony and there's even a peek of the bay and the pretty sunset. My kids clogged the sink and the maintenance team was there is 30 minutes to fix it and the lady on the phone was lovely. This place is amazing and we will be back. Our trip this time was so short I don't think we really got to experience the whole community yet.

Less than stellar

Upon arrival neither of our keys worked and the keypad wouldn’t work the entire stay…. Locking us out while we went to get new keys… lock needs to be replaced/repaired. Lamp and decor were broken and leaning. Smelled funny and bathroom smelled of mildew. My son fell and broke his clavicle on day 3 of our stay cutting it short. He needs surgery so we had to leave the next morning. We had 3 nights left to our stay. Propert said they couldn’t do anything to refund our last 3 nights… this is a very expensive high end resort costing well above what it’s worth… They only sort of made it right after a very intense and uncomfortable phone conversation…. We have stayed here before but after this we will not be back… terrible customer service. Way too $$$ for what you get and in an emergency they do nothing to help you. Very disappointed

Wonderful for families!

This is our 2nd stay at Cinnamon Shores, and our first at this particular condo. We adored it! The kids LOVED the bunk beds, I loved the kitchen, and everyone enjoyed the ample space for family dinners, and movie/game nights. The kitchen was well stocked (ninja, coffee machine, crockpot, knives, etc.) the beds were comfy, and the space was perfect for our family. (2 adults, 6 and 7 year old) Lots of space for storage, and lots of extra linens. The patio overlooks the main CS areas, and is a great place to munch on a s'more, and watch the sunset...or have coffee with the sunrise. The shipt shopper had no problem finding the place, and saved us a ton of time so we could get out on the beach. I'm going to try and book this same condo next year. Thank you Cinnamon Shores!
