Bygget i 2011 denne rummelige 2400 kvadratmeter ft Villa med caribisk ø interiør er indrettet med et moderne køkken, en romantisk victoriansk stil klo-fod badekar, og mange flere funktioner og indkvartering.

Den tredje etage er Maui king-size soveværelse med en stor terrasse tilbyder spektakulær udsigt over havet og solnedgang. Du kan slappe af på den øverste terrasse med polstrede stole og et rundt bord og nyde morgenmad og aften solnedgang.

Den anden sal Safari queen-size soveværelse er udstyret med en dobbelt sofa og et rummeligt badeværelse med en klassisk klo-fod badekar.

Villa komfortabelt sover 7-8 personer, og vi tilbyder også en dronning på første sal til at rumme yderligere gæster.

Cozumel doesn’t disappoint

Great house. Everything as described. It’s in the back of the complex but it’s nice and quiet. No pool/beach noise.

Casa Dana, unit D6, at Costa Del Sol, is quiet, peaceful and fully equipped. As indicated in the photos it is tastefully decorated with a Mexican charm. There were plenty of towels, extra linens, fully equipped kitchen and easy to access entertainment options.Host and management company were responsive and friendly throughout the process. Check in and check out were very easy. House uses a key code so no issues with carry a house key while snorkeling or hiking on the island.We stayed for 7 nights and wished we could have stayed for a month. Only caution would be that the master bedroom, and beautiful deck are on the third floor so folks who don't like stairs might find this challenging. We are in our 60s and did not find this to be a problem.We would defintiely stay here again.

Exactly what was promised

We had a 10 year vow renewal on the beach. We had a couple villas in the community. The only thing is it’s 3 floors and it’s stairs all the way up and the beds in the second floor bedroom aren’t very comfortable. The king on third floor was good though. The roof top deck was nice. It is located far back from the beach but this space was only for sleeping and holding people’s food. They have a golf cart service for when you buy groceries that will load at your car and take it to your unit.The water is rocks there so bring swim shoes. They have sand on the beach part. Views are great.

Great place!

If you want quiet, this is the place! Far enough from town to be quiet, but close enough to run in if you want to eat out. Pool, beach, pier, it's got everything you need. (Dive boats will pick up divers right at the pier - super convenient). The manager meets you to check you in and out, the gate guards help with your luggage, anytime anything needs attention they're a short message away. The kitchen had everything we needed for the nights we chose to cook for ourselves. We would definitely stay here again. The ONLY possible issue is that because everything is a hard surface (tile) noise carries (interior noise, like folks downstairs after you go to bed, etc.). I sleep with earplugs anyway, so this wasn't an issue for us, but one should be aware. We loved this place.

The property is as advertised. Everything you could possibly need is there. Coffee pot, toaster, plenty of pots, pans, cooking utensils, blender, even a 5 gallon cold/room temperature water dispenser. The a/c worked fabulous! The bedrooms are all very spacious and the beds were very comfy. Great water pressure and having a washer and dryer was a definite plus! The management team is awesome! Prior to arrival Rodrigo was quick to respond to any question and set up a chef service for us. Upon arrival Enrique helped get us settled in and was able to pick up some items for us that we couldn’t find on our own. Enrique checked in on us from time to time to make sure we had everything we needed. House keeping did a wonderful job and even left us towel animals and candy. The management team was superb! Although the Villa is on the back row the view was great from the balcony and made it easy to load and unload things from the vehicle. It’s just a 2-3 minute walk to the pool area and beach. The security team at the gate were also very polite and helpful. Always had bagged ice for our cooler to the beach. The property grounds are beautiful. This was our 3rd time to stay at Costa Del Sol, but it won’t be our last.

Amazing beach property with phenomenal sunset views

Staying at this property What’s a retreat! There was room for my family of eight. Our concierge Patty came and met us at the restaurant we went to have dinner at after arriving and give us a warm welcome to the island. She attended to all our needs including helping us find the best restaurants, Jet ski rentals, and attended to other amenities. The sunset views of the beach and ocean from the Master bedroom and balcony are the best!

have previously stayed at this property in the past but not at this Villa - in the past we have stayed right on the beach - this property is not right on the beach but makes up for it in that it has no crazy pool noise - and you don't feel like you are in a fish bowl ! You are a five minute stroll from the pool / beach I would definitely recommend this property

Amazing Vacation Home in Cozumel

We stayed at this vacation home in Cozumel in January 2017. It was an amazing property and was impeccably clean. There were 7 total in my family and we had plenty of room for everyone and each couple. The beach, pool and hot tub in front of the home were very well maintained and beautiful. Also, the Your Cozumel Team of Amber and Patty were awesome to work with. They went way out of their way to insure we had a great vacation, ...from meeting us at the airport, to answering our many questions, to scheduling tours for us, ...they were great and all this was included with the home!! They also had housekeeping come in to clean on your schedule, which was great. The property owners also provided beach towels, beach toys and some snorkel gear. We will definitely be back and will share with our family and friends.

Beautiful Best Vacation Location

We were so very happy to stay at this excellently decorated and exceptionally clean home. The community is safe and beautifully landscaped. Karla meet us on arrival, and was extremely polite and gave us all the information we needed for places to go on Cozumel, which really enhanced our vacation time. We were more than satisfied with the opportunity to also dive with their Operation, Challenge Diving, and that was an exceptional treat. I would recommend this beautiful home to families and friends traveling together.

Wonderful House

We had a very nice stay at this home. The photos are fairly accurate. The house was very clean and well kept. The house was supplied with everything you would need. (home away from home) The owner was very helpful, as well as the management team, there in Cozumel. We told the management team what we wanted to do and they set up everything for us, it was wonderful. We are scuba divers and appreciated the pier that was on the property. The dive company was able to pick us up and drop us off, very convenient for us. There is just one thing that I would recommend, and that would be the location of the house. You would need to rent a vehicle. In addition the house is in a community type setting and that this specific house is the furthest from the ocean, pool, and spa. However, I would absolutely recommend this property to my family and friends.

Villa Casa Dana is just lovely! It's very clean and cozy.Management takes good care of you so you feel welcomed and comfortable. Cleaning service is thorough. The development is quiet and friendly. There is a big infinity pool with a kiddie pool,beach area and your own pier.

I live in Minnesota but love to travel with my family to Cozumel couple times a year to escape the cold weather and spend time on the blue ocean.

Derfor valgte værten dette overnatningssted

After staying couple times in Costa Del Sol, we fall in love with this community. It is a great family getaway; location is perfect close to sandy beaches i.e. San Francisco and Paradise, all convenient and at the same time luxurious. We like the privacy of individual villas, on site management always available and of course beautiful ocean front.
