Our stay was really nice. This house suited our group of 20 perfectly with beds to spare. The 8 king bedrooms were so comfortable and all had a personal bathroom. This is hard to find!The kitchen and living was spacious - great for cooking and hosting. Lots of seating in both areas. The views were pretty good- construction of new houses were going up in front of the balconies but views to the west were beautiful. The pool and hot tub were clean and convenient. This was a great rental property. The communication was very efficient and timely.

Loved this House!

This house was great, the location was great, the view was perfect. When they finish the walkway to the beach from the back deck this will be the perfect spot!

Beyond Beautiful

This house was perfect for our friend vacation group! The rooms all had a private bathroom which is so nice when you have multi-families staying together. Only minutes from the beach. It would be better if there is direct beach access but again, only a couple of minute walk. The customer service was beyond excellent! When I had a question and/or needing a recommendation, they were very responsive! Would highly recommend this place!

Outstanding vacation at Coastal View. The house is more incredible in person. Although it was just my wife and I with our 2 dogs, you could house a large family at this home. The elevator was useful when bringing in bags and groceries. The pool - half in sun and half in shade was great. Same with the spa, although it seemed to go on and off on its own. The neighborhood is very quiet and you practically have the entire beach to yourselves. The management company - Stay at 30A - promptly answered all our questions and requests which made for an enjoyable visit. We're very happy we got to experience at 5 star stay in Inlet Beach at Coastal View.

Beautiful View

Great house, plenty of room, might be a bit much for Seniors citizens, the walk is a distance to the beach. My family enjoyed it very much. I would recommend the house The response to the few issues were immediate.

Really nice place to stay

We went for a staff retreat and really enjoyed everything about the house. There was a lot of building noise and probably will be for a long time, but we weren't bothered too much by it. It is a long walk to the beach but no one complained about that either. You do need to know that there are no extra items like salt and pepper, toilet paper (after you use the first roll), the coffee pot requires you to buy filters and loose coffee. The elevator is great. JUST MAKE SURE YOU FOLLOW their rules about the doors of the elevators. Then it works perfectly. Everything about it was nice and comfortable.

Beautiful house!! plenty of space and beds were comfortable. Everything was clean to perfection what you see online doesn’t give the property justice of how beautifully decorated it is. We had two families. Some extra kids stay with us and no one ever felt on top of each other. It would’ve been nice if there was more comfortable seating in the main living room. The Wi-Fi was out, but the property management was very attentive to our needs and did all they could to get it up and working. The only drawback is the construction that’s happening right behind the house. It was hard to sit at the pool while the construction guys were staring at you but overall location, comfort cleanliness property management communications. I give all the 5 rating.

Long walk with 85 steps to beach &elevator issues

Took a lot of work to set ourselves up at the beach with such a long way to go with many people. Wished we would have checked better for direct beach access. We didn't realize how far and how many steps it took to get to the Beach from the property. 85 stair steps to be exact on the board walk not to mention the long length of the boardwalk. So using wagons was a NO go. To go to the open beach access was also difficult because of the lack of good parking. The elevator in the house had many issues and had to be worked on while we were there. The property managers were prompt on answering our calls but for the price we considered it not our most pleasant beach trip. The house was nice and clean. Make sure your family doesn't have any mobility issues to get to the beach and don't rely on the elevator to help with all the stairs in the house. On entering the garage the alarm was going off and the light to the garage hall to the elevator was dark. Would have been nice to just go in and enjoy our stay without trying to figure out how to use the elevator especially since it wan't working properly and it wasn't brought to our attention until we called maintenance to figure it out.

Our listing clearly states the beach walkover access. To give us a 2 star rating because you have the beach access, as described does seem unfair. The elevator just had a tripped breaker, which also shut off the garage light. Our maintainence director Ryan was on site within the hour after the guest call to correct it.

Our stay at Coastal View was lovely. It was the perfect set-up for our 21 member family, ages ranging 74-1. The kitchen was well-stocked with all of the essentials, the home was clean, hot tub warmed up perfectly every evening, there were ample beach towels and bunk room perfect for our kiddos. I happened to bump into the property manager outside one morning on a walk and Carlos could not have been kinder. The walk to the beach is an easy one, but if you have small children or adults with mobility issues, renting a golf cart for transportation is certainly helpful. Thank you for an amazing experience, we would highly recommend this property to family or friends.
