The condo is clean, cozy, and beautiful. The location is great with onsite parking. Kyle was very helpful. The balcony and roof access was awesome. I’ve been coming to Graven Haven since 2011 and this was the best place we’ve stayed in. My family loved it. I will definitely book again.

Great unit in a great location. Clean and comfortable. Beds are a bit soft for my preference, but maybe not for yours. Communication was clear and quick. I've stayed in this building many times and this is the best unit by far.

Great Location, you can walk everywhere and nice to have covered parking. Loved the restaurants and a bonus to watch the musical fountain from the roof top!! Loved balcony for coffee in the morning and “wine” sunsets. Couldn’t ask for a better place to stay!!!!

We had a great stay! The property was very clean and comfortable, exactly as described in the listing. We especially loved the balcony and rooftop access (which had a perfect view of the musical fountain). The location was perfect, close to restaurants, bars, shops and the beach. The host was responsive and helpful, and was great to work with. We would definitely stay here again

Great Grand Haven Location

Kyle was great to coordinate with. Everything about the check in and rental went smoothly. The unit is as advertised and in a great location near the waterfront in downtown Grand Haven.

We’ve come to Grand Haven a few times on vacation and this was our first time staying at a downtown condo. The property was in a great location and true to the listing. Our three kids used the bunkbeds and trundle bed. We enjoyed being in walking distance to the stores and restaurants downtown, as well as walking to the pier and beach. The balcony was a great extra space as well! We also really appreciated having the garage downstairs.

Couple suggestions

The only thing that we thought maybe needed addressed was the size of the bed in the main bedroom.just a little too small for my wife and I would stick blackout blinds in the living room as well as the bedroom that would be a big plus besides that it was an amazing place great location we loved it!

Great Place

Condo was amazing. Exactly as the pictures show. Clean and comfortable. Master bedroom bed isn't the most comfortable and may need a new mattress, but the condo and everything was amazing other than that. Best location you could possibly have too.

Great Location

The condo's location was awesome! Right in the middle of downtown Grand Haven where shops, restaurants and coffee shops were a few steps from the building. Beach and pier were within walking distance. Ground floor garage parking was a huge plus. Great view from rooftop patio for beautiful sunsets and Musical Fountains. Condo unit itself was as pictured in the listing and had plenty of room for a family of 4. Whole building was clean and quiet. Host was responsive to questions. Instructions for the stay were detailed and easy to follow. Would definitely book again!

Perfection in the Heart of Downtown!

Check in was a little complex because of building security. Clearer step by step check in instructions could be helpful, but it was a minor inconvenience. At any rate, we ADORED everything about this unit. This is our fourth summer trip to GH, and this exceeded every other home we’ve stayed in by far. It's gorgeous, clean, the kitchen is well appointed, and the memory foam topper saved me from the extreme back pain I normally experience while traveling. The roof access was perfect for the fireworks and drone shows (though I wouldn’t recommend for the Musical Fountain due to a slight obstruction). Steps away from Washington Ave, this location cannot be beat! We had a unique situation traveling with extended family where we needed to leave another home and stay here for the last two nights of our trip. Kyle was very accommodating in working this out with us and even allowed for early check in. Sadly, the building allows pets, but he does not. Our Frenchie was able to stay with family for those two days, but that is my only complaint. I do understand and respect why the restriction is in place, though I hope he might reconsider for return renters *wink, wink, nudge, nudge* :). I only wish we could've stayed here for the duration of our trip!

I stayed at this condo from July 10-17th, 2026. My Godson and I flew from California to Grand Rapids, rented a car at the airport and picket up 250 of groceries on the way to condo. We followed the instructions to check in and when we arrived at approx 11:00 p.m. there were dirty dishes, the bedding and sheets were on the floor of the two bedrooms, garbage was in the garbage cans and wet towels on the floor. Since it was late at night we called the VRBO 24 hour help line. The VRBO asked us to send photos which we did. By the time the VRBO got on the line it was approx midnight. The VRBO called the host of this condo while we were on the line. The host expressed that he was unhappy about being woken up and repeatedly insisted that this must be a fraud call as according to the owner this unit had been cleaned. When I replied that we were tired from traveling and wanted to know where to sleep then the host said something to the effect that he did "Not want to deal with my emotions". The owner wanted me to prove that I was actually in the unit by finding something in the kitchen. VRBO asked the host to call the cleaning crew and the host finally called and was told that they did not clean the unit. The host then said we could find clean sheets in the unit to make our own beds and that the cleaning crew would come by 9:00 a.m. which did not happen.

Super nice end unit condo with great windows and deck. You walk out and you are right in Grand Haven's social district. Too tempting for me. Plenty of supplied pantry items. I will say that many of the dishes appeared to be mostly odds and ends and then the ice maker was DOA when we arrived. Just buying bags of ice resolved.
