Designed by a local artist with an eye for style, an obsession with reclaimed materials and a love of the outdoors, the Quad is designed to reflect some of the most beautiful parts of the University of Washington's campus. Outside you’ll enjoy a patio, and inside a charming space infused with vintage touches, local art, and unique style.

Centrally located between Ballard, U-District and Downtown, you have easy access to the best Seattle has to offer. You’ll find 25+ restaurants, bars and coffee shops within one-half mile!

This suite is on the upper level of a newly renovated 50s duplex in Seattle’s charming and character-filled Fremont neighborhood. Take advantage of our private deck and yard, or enjoy the light streaming through the front windows. The Quad sleeps four and is equipped with everything you need for a few days or a few weeks. * There is a door in the kitchen that is locked from both sides and leads to the adjoining unit; this remains locked so nobody has access to your unit.

* We are situated above the street so there are stairs to the entrance – once inside the unit is level
This is a smoke-free property and smoking is not allowed anywhere on the premises, including outside (we are in very close quarters with many open windows).

We do share walls with other units and request that guests keep noise to a minimum while others may be sleeping (10pm to 8am). This does mean no parties.
