Parking in lot right behind the building. Downtown is super safe for walking around at all hours. The location is very walkable to everywhere in Effingham and is a 5 minute drive to pretty much anywhere you want to go in town.

We designed the space to be cozy and modern. The big windows and views of downtown will lift your spirits. The friendly people in Effingham are second to none and will treat you well everywhere you go!

We have an amazing coffee shop just down the street to kick your morning off right and so much more to offer. Take a walk on the Trec Trail, swim at the beautiful beach at Lake Sara in the summer time (or take your kids to their brand new playgrounds), disc golf at one of the best 18 hole courses in the state, and more! Just a heads up as we try to make every stay perfect, this building is OLD and has its own quirks (like stairs!). We encourage you to embrace them and we're sure you'll have a wonderful stay.
