This unique & warm condo caters to long term visitors (29+ days). Set in one of the most trendy parts of Denver; music venues, coffee, bars/restaurants, and parks! Easy access to public transit, light rail, schools, & hospitals.
The space has a fireplace, spacious kitchen, work space (with a house computer/printer), ultra-comfy beds, a hammock, surround sound, a balcony, humidifiers, & air purifiers. Welcome to Denver!
The space
An open concept with tons of natural light. Newly remodeled and filled with good vibes.
The living room has all you'd need for relaxing and tons of floor space. The kitchen has a gas stove, oversized fridge and is stocked w/cooking equipment. There is a designated work area with a swivel chair, house computer, printer, and fast Wi-Fi network.
Both rooms have super comfy queen beds, one that's a Murphy bed (folds up to provide more floor space). There are two full bathrooms w/bathtubs, walk-in closets, all-around mood lighting, reading & writing areas, ceiling and floor fans, air purifiers, humidifiers, and space heaters. Each room has large smart tv's and Alexa speakers for your personal use.
There is a private balcony to watch all the hustle and bustle of Colfax Ave.
I provide a weekly housekeeper who will clean, bring in mail, and tend to plants.
Guest access
There are elevators and stairway access to the unit. You'll have a unique code to the front doors & a building key will be provided after check-in.
Other things to note
There is only street parking available for free. If there are any spots available, you may rent a space within the locked garage for $50.
I've never had a problem finding a spot on the street, but occasionally it can be take a few minutes to score one thats right in front. The retail shops below allow short term parking in the main entrance of the garage, but they will tow you if parked there illegally/long term/especially overnight.
The west side of the street has no time limit (the side the building sits on). The east side is 2-hour parking only with meters. PAY ATTENTION TO THE DATE, as the block has street sweeping, once per month, different dates each side, between April-Nov. No worries about this if you're stay is between Nov-Apr.
I have provided a grocery wagon for your use at the condo. Please keep this inside the apartment at all times and only take to your car when unloading groceries.
