Less than 1 hour away from Panguitch Lake and world renowned fishing. Plenty of wildlife such as deer, elk, turkey and birds to watch as you relax with family and friends. 2 pets allowed.

The cabin is on a dirt road that has snow removal if the snow gets too deep, however there can be some muddy spots and snow removal isn't always guaranteed before our guests arrive in the winter.

The listing is available all year around, however if you come up between mid October and early March accessing the property could require all wheel drive or 4 wheel drive. We also recommend chains and winter tires.

If using Maps or Waze for gps be sure that the path you are taking guides you from US-89 to Lutherwood Rd, across the street from Tod's junction. You will follow W Lutherwood Rd until it forks to N Oak Ridge Rd, taking the road all the way to the end.
