Really enjoyed our stay here! It was just 3 of us, so we basically just used the first floor. There is so much room if you have a big group it would be great! Although we didn’t mind having it to ourselves. Very cozy, clean and family friendly cabin. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice scenic Drive to pigeon Forge. Cabin was comfy and clean.

Cabin

Overall was a great cabin to stay in, and the location was perfect not a bad drive to town and was secluded all bye its self! Will definitely stay at this property again

Will definitely stay again!

The cabin was perfect for our family trip for Christmas. Tiffany was so helpful and went out of her way to put up a Christmas tree for us. The view was incredible. The cabin was clean and spacious. We will definitely be staying again!

Comfortable Beds, but Disappointing Cleanliness and MaintenanceWhile we appreciated the comfortable beds, extra blankets, plentiful towels, fireplace wood, and TVs in each room, the overall condition of the cabin was disappointing.The master shower wouldn’t drain, leaving us standing in dirty water up to our ankles. There was also visible mold and mildew in the shower tile floor. I contacted the host the day we arrived, but received no response for over 24 hours. The only solution offered was to send someone the afternoon before our morning departure. We had to use the upstairs shower instead.Cleanliness was concerning, with thick cobwebs inside the home and a dirty upstairs porch covered in spiderwebs.There is also very little privacy or sound insulation. The upstairs bedroom is open to the rest of the house, making it difficult for our children to sleep while we watched TV downstairs, even at a very low volume. We couldn’t even talk in the master bedroomBecause you can hear straight through the floor upstairs. The upstairs ceiling fan was so loud & appeared so unstable that we were afraid it might fall, so we couldn’t use it.Basic necessities like bathroom hand soap, bedroom curtains, and kitchen serving bowls were missing. No checkout instructions were provided.The cabin has potential, but the lack of cleanliness, apparent deferred maintenance, and poor communication significantly affected our stay. We expected better care and attention for a vacation rental.

I sincerely apologize for the delay in responding to your message about the shower. I unfortunately didn’t see your message when it first came through, but responded as soon as I became aware of it and offered to have maintenance come out the following day. I completely understood and respected your decision not to have someone interrupt your vacation. We care about our cabin and the experience we provide for our guests. Your concerns regarding cleaning and maintenance are being taken seriously, and we will be addressing them with our team. We appreciate you staying with us and taking the time to share your experience.

Great stay

The cabin was awesome. The only thing to keep in mind is that access to the property is tricky without 4 wheel drive. If it rains it may be tough.

Loved

Me and my family absolutely loved this cabin. It was everything we needed and it was secluded. 20 minutes tops to get to any where on the Pigeon Forge strip.

Great Family Retreat

This was a great cabin to stay in with ample room for the family. We did have to clear a drain clogged with hair, several light bulbs were burned out/missing, and there was not TV service. The cabin was very clean and well arranged and a delight to stay in. The kitchen was well-stocked for a family to cook.

Great Getaway for 2024

Normally we visit TN around thanksgiving because we were married in Gatlinburg, so we like the area. We had been by this area many times over the last 30 plus years and wondered what was at the end of that road. We now know, I lovely cabin that has a unique master bath shower and great views across the valley. Lots of room for up to 7 people in beds with some entertainment upstairs. Porches were located in good spots to take in the view. You are at the top of the drive and had no issues getting there. One thing needed to be said is the internet...it appears this is a fiber internet home which means no slow satellite, as many homes we have been in during previous trips have. Yes, everything is streaming in the home, but you never experience buffering when watching multiple things online. Really appreciate being able to use this home for our trip. Would recommend to others with a group of 6 or less.
