This is a wonderful location and a new build property! Our host Maxine was wonderful and available to us if needed! The house is beautifully decorated with the most gorgeous views and privacy! The house layout was great with the option of a separate mother-in-law suite below for extra privacy. It’s definitely a house I will return to next time I am in Sedona!

Wowza!! What a place! So many great things to review!!The view is priceless! Watching the sunrise and sunset from the deck was extraordinary !! You feel surrounded by the beautiful red rock! The place was so clean and so comfortable. Music was playing and the cool fire was on when we arrived! It felt so welcoming and warm. Maxine was so easy to communicate with!! She responded very quickly to my questions and she also has a great list of Sedona must do's! This is the place to stay when visiting Sedona! You can also walk to downtown from here! So convenient !

We had such an amazing stay at this beautiful property! It was immaculately clean when we arrived with the fireplace led lights on and music playing, which was a really nice touch. I don't think the pictures do it justice, and I really loved the design of the furniture, etc. Maxine was the perfect host, and responded to our questions quickly and gave great recommendations for the area. And the view was just amazing! We couldn't have asked for a better experience and would definitely come back and stay again.

Perfect Stay-Highly Recommend

We had an amazing stay! The house was in the perfect location for all the top hikes and had absolutely stunning views. It was spotless, spacious, and beautifully designed — everything we could’ve asked for. The host was fantastic and made the whole experience seamless. Wow! What a view!

I highly recommend staying above the trees! The view was spectacular! The large deck facing the mountains truly added to our amazing Sedona experience! The home is so comfortable. Great kitchen! Loved the location! Easy walk to restaurants and shopping!.

A perfect place

This was a wonderful place to stay. We came in during a snow storm and awoke to spectacular views covered in white. The house was warm and welcoming with the fireplace on and gentle music playing. I would gladly stay here in the future. Thanks Maxine for being a great host.

Wonderful stay in Sedona

We absolutely loved our one night in Sedona! We had been traveling all week as a family of four, spending one night in each destination as we traveled from Nevada, to Utah to Arizona. We spent our 6th night in Sedona in this beautiful and spacious property! After staying in hotel rooms prior to this stop, it was so nice to be able to spread out and have some amenities like at home. It was a comfortable and cozy spot and really close to everything we needed during our short stay!

Great House and Views in Sedona

Cool new house with everything we wanted. It’s not far off of the highway and pretty close to the center of town, but felt like we were almost isolated in the middle of the beautiful wilderness. We’re far enough out of downtown that didn’t have to deal with the thick crowds of tourists. The views from the porch and rooms are stunning.

Amazing home in Sedona

We stayed for a week in early March. The home was beautiful and immaculate. Even better in person. The views from the living area and bedroom is amazing. The home was warm and inviting and had all the amenities we needed. The location is great - the shuttle to go to the trailhead is just across the street and another trail head is walking distance from the house. Shopping areas and a Whole Foods market is very close by as well. Would highly recommend!

Beautiful Home Incredible Views!

My husband and I spent a weekend in Sedona and had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful home. The owner has thought of everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The house is brand new and it's immaculate. We were amazed at the incredible views this home has. Wow! We really enjoyed our stay and hope to go back soon.

Beautiful Stay in Gorgeous Sedona

This property was perfect for 3 adults traveling to Sedona for a fitness retreat. Each of us has private bedrooms and bathrooms. The house (and casita) are beautifully furnished and had everything we needed for our stay. The property has outdoor areas to enjoy the beautiful surroundings. And it's a short walk/drive to restaurants, shopping, grocery and services. I can't imagine a more perfect place to enjoy everything Northern Arizona has to offer.

The house is gorgeous and the view stunning. Our party of 4 was very comfortable with our accommodations. Location is close to activities, yet quiet and private. Had visitors in the morning - two javelinas just passing through. Communication with Maxine was excellent. Highly recommend this host.

Brand new and stylish

Beautiful view in a spotless, brand new home. Nice touches include an electric fireplace, automatic window shades, and matte black everything (fridge, cabinets, even silverware!). The owner supplied great quality shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion. Beds were comfy. Great location. Very close to everything from restaurants to hiking trails.

Sedona at Christmas

The property was excellent. Maxine was a great host and helped us with her suggestions of things to do and places to eat. Renting a jeep for 2 days and exploring the trails was fun as was horseback riding in Cottonwood. The only downside was the unexpected heavy traffic during the day. Getting an early start to the day was a necessity.

Quentesential Modern Sedona

Dwell magazine/Architectural Digest meets Sedona. This home is inviting and stylish and has the most remarkable views and beyond. Close to all Sedona attractions yet feels local wrapped in the serenity of nature. It amplified our Summer Solstice/Full Moon weekend. Hands down, it is one of the best places we have stayed in the West Coast/California areas. The host, Maxine, was wonderful & gracious. Thank you! We will definitely be back.

Stunning property

Stunning property with amazing views! Great location, centrally located and easy to get to everything. The property itself is breathtaking. Beautifully crafted, everything we needed for our girls getaway. We ended up eating more meals in vs going out as we decided it was more fun to relax and enjoy the property after long days of hiking and exploring. Maxine provided very detailed information and was really responsive, although we didn't need to communicate much as everything was there for us. I look forward to renting again on another trip to Sedona!

Magical Weekend Getaway

The photos don’t do this place justice. The actual home is immaculate and gorgeous, but the view is spectacular! The location is central to lots of good hiking and across the street from the shuttles. There are good restaurants and conveniences close by. Whole Foods is close by if you decide to stay in and enjoy the comfort of the home like we did. Maxine supplies all the amenities you need for cooking as well. Maxine js easy to work with and check in and out is simple. No long list of things to clean up! We will definitely stay again.
