Literally on Historic RTE 66 in downtown Williams. Built in 1915, this is a truly unique and NEWLY remodeled downtown gem.

Close to the action, yet the home is in a quiet location. Stay with us and you are just a few steps away from great food, shops, fun and more. Take a short 10 minute walk to the Grand Canyon Railroad or opt for a quick one hour drive to visit the South Rim of the Grand Canyon. Bearizona is a 5 minute drive.

The property has been recently renovated and is beautifully and comfortably furnished. It has A/C, a fully stocked kitchen, full sized appliances, extra blankets to cozy up with and a private patio, There are 2 bedrooms which host 2 queen beds and 2 twin beds to sleep a total of 6 people.

We have everything you need for a short or long stay. Just bring your vacation vibe! Everything else is provided.

We love our pet guests! If you travel with pets, please make sure to check the PET BOX on the reservation and send us a note on what type of furry family member you are bringing.

Come enjoy yourself in this historic property!

We loved this property!! It had EVERYTHING you could possibly need. It is located within walking distance so many stores and restaurants. We will definitely be back!!

Right downtown. Beautiful home. Two moms and 4 young kids and it was perfect. Kids loved it and so did the moms!!!

We enjoyed the property completely. Very nicely decorated. Unbelievable this home was built so long ago other than the lovely unique quality it has. We were disappointed to have such a short time planned there.

We absolutely loved staying in this place and this town! Everything was very comfortable, the beds were amazing (best night sleep we’ve had in a while), and communication was excellent. Any questions I had were responded to almost immediately. We would definitely stay here again if we come through Williams!

The house was clean and comfortable and we really enjoyed the location. Staying in Williams was perfect. We walked to the coffee shop (BrewedAwakenings), the supermarket, and to Miss Kitty’s for dinner. The ride to the Grand Canyon was 60 minutes straight up Rt. 64. We enjoyed our time here.

People need to know how high the beds are. My usbs d had to sleep on the day bed. The outdoor stairs are tretcherous

Thank you for your comments! I'm sorry you had trouble with the height of the beds and the front steps. There are 4 steps that lead to the front door. They are a tad narrow for a large person, but are sturdy and have a railing. Announcement! As of this weekend, the entire walkway leading to our unit and front steps are being 100% updated and renovated. This is a house from the 1920's and we are proactively updating all aspects of it. Just takes time :-)

Cute, cozy and inviting condo. Loved how convenient it was to walk to nearby restaurants. Kitchen had a great assortment of coffee cups and creamers. Our stay was brief, no need to completely utilize the kitchen, but well equipped had we wanted to prepare meals.

This is a lovely, charming property! The fact that it is an older property, built in 1912, adds to its charm. The host has it decorated nicely and also has it well supplied for your stay. It is in a great location. We could walk to everything - restaurants and shops. We took the train to the South Rim of the Grand Canyon. The train depot is very close. We so enjoyed our stay here! If we should return in the future, we would definitely stay here again.
