We had an excellent stay! The host was welcoming and answered questions very quickly. The apartment is very well equipped, had several updated items like smart TV and fireplace with special features and delivered everything else as described! I highly recommend this host and his apartment!

10/10 for location and view. Disappointed that of the 3 outdoor hot tubs, only one was working. The covered underground parking was another bonus. Definitely recommend!

Thank you so much for your thoughtful review and for the 10/10 on the location, stunning view, and covered underground parking! We’re truly glad those highlights made your stay memorable and that you’d still recommend us. We are extremely sorry for the inconvenience the hot tub situation caused. The outdoor hot tubs are common areas managed and maintained entirely by the HOA, which is completely out of our control. We truly appreciate you sharing this feedback and hope to welcome you back for another wonderful visit soon.

This is our 3rd trip up to Snowshoe and we won't stay anywhere else. Here's why - SKI IN SKI OUT (lift is right outside the door), 3 (yes THREE) MASSIVE HOT TUBS (or as my daughter called them - Mini Pools), gorgeous, spacious lodge filled with games, TWO fire places, books, T.V., couches, etc. Every room I've ever got at this lodge was exceptionally clean, had plenty of utensils to cook with, deck to have that morning coffee, fireplace, and quite time (you can't hear other guests through the walls!) It really is the perfect place to stay when you come to Snowshoe!

Cant beat the soaring Eagle for cleanliness and convenience. The owner was great, and so was Erika at the front desk.

Great Stay. The front desk did not see our reservation at check-in but the host was quick to respond and the issue was corrected within 15 minutes. The condo was very clean, spacious, and in a good location right next to the soaring eagle lift. The mattress was way to firm for my liking, an upgrade to a more comfortable matress wod earn a 5 star rating.

Thank you for your review and for sharing the details of your stay — we’re so glad you enjoyed how clean, spacious, and perfectly located the condo was right next to the Soaring Eagle lift. I’m especially glad I was able to respond right away and fix the front-desk mix-up quickly so that it didn’t negatively impact your stay. We’re sorry the mattress felt too firm for your comfort. We’ve selected a premium, high-quality mattress that provides excellent support and has received strong positive feedback from many guests, but we fully understand personal preferences differ. Your feedback is noted and helps us continue refining the experience. We’d welcome the opportunity to host you again on your next trip. Thank you for staying with us — we appreciate it and hope to see you back soon.

Ski getaway

Such a great place! Ski in and ski out in the truest sense. The place is very comfortable and has beautiful views. The owner and staff are very responsive. Proximity to the lift, ski rental (Elk River in the building), ski locker, underground parking were huge benefits. We will definitely be back!

Ski in/ Ski out

This place has spoiled us. Ski lockers are on the bottom level. You boot up and walk out the door and ski to the first run. Parking in the garage is also very convenient for loading/unloading and staying out of the weather. Great room with all needed amenities and beautiful view of the mountains. We will definitely be staying here again.

Great Experience

The apartment was exactly as described. It was very clean, had all the amenities that you can wish for in the kitchen and bathroom. The fireplace was updated and one of the TV's was a smartTV making it easy to stream our own streaming networks. The bed was super comfy and there were lots of extra blankets and pillows ready. Communication with owner was exceptional. I can highly recommend.

Great Ski in Ski out

We had a great stay at this location. Very clean little condo. Three hot tubs right on the side of the mountain. Beautiful views. The management staff is super responsive. Nice access right to the lift and some nice little runs or take the traverse right over to the main base of snowshoe. I would recommend bringing groceries if you plan to cook. That's what we did and I'm so glad because there is not grocery store near by.

Lodge was quiet and nice and convenient to the Soaring Eagle lift. Communication was lacking with use of lockers. The facility is located great for skiing; however, somewhat convenient in having to ride (sometimes a very crowded) bus to the center of the village.

Just ok

SEL is the best condo building at snowshoe. We have stayed at the building many times. It’s great. This was the roughest unit we’ve stayed at in the building. Fairly worn out and stripped down. Owner clearly just has it for a rental. Dirty linens, burned out light bulbs, etc.

Nice but odd as well. Huge bathroom with storage but didn’t find extra towels til last day in coffee table?! Also only 1 bar of soap? Also A bit loud as it’s close to elevators. Otherwise nice and well appointed

Stay somewhere else

We were disappointed with our accommodations as well as with the check in process. Had to go to several places to check in. Our accommodations were fairly adequate but the fireplace did not work. There was no overhead light in the bathroom and the shower drain was extremely slow flowing. The foldout couch was terrible to sleep on and some of the pillows were stained and looked disgusting. For the money we paid to stay there, it wasn’t worth it.
