Vores seascape villa ligger på anden sal i et roligt, afsondret område. Det er kun 100 meter fra Kiawahs brede smukke strand, som kan nås med en brolagt, skyggefuld sti. Det har en afskærmet veranda med en fredfyldt udsigt over et skovklædt område, hvor du kan nyde at se Kiawahs rigelige vilde dyr. Kiawah er en af de ti største strande i USA. Det er kendt for sit smukke naturlige miljø.

Vores villa er netop blevet totalrenoveret i 2018 med trægulve, smukt flisebelagt brusebad, bordplader i granit og nye high-end møbler. Gratis trådløs internet service og kabel leveres.

Relaxation Getaway

The Stacy Villa was absolutely lovely! Mike and Kathy were prompt and pleasant in their communications, providing check-in details well before my arrival. The renovated apartment was clean, bright, and airy, and provided a quiet retreat after long days on the beach or adventuring (Morris and Bull Island tours are on the "Do Not Miss" list!). During rainy spells, the enclosed porch was an absolute winner for enjoying nature while staying dry. There were also beach chairs, an umbrella, and "tools" for building sand castles. The kitchen was stocked with standard spices, coffee filters, dish soap, etc. Any other supplies you may need can be found in Freshfields Village or elsewhere around Charleston. I highly recommend this property and am looking forward to a return trip to the villa and Kiawah Island.

Great location and villa

Wonderful villa with everything you need for a great stay! 4 stars on check in process since housekeeping did not complete work until 50 minutes after check in time.

Kiawah seascape villa

Property was excellent! Had everything we needed and bed was super comfortable! Literally a 4 min walk to the beach. Property manager is Super responsive. We will be back!

Short and sweet.

Our short weekend visit for a wedding was made better staying here! Quick walk to the beach and wonderful running trail gave us some great personal time. The home is very clean and has everything needed for a short or long stay. Hosts were quick to respond when needed. Highly recommend this place!

We have stayed in this unit before. Always clean and ready to occupy. Appliances are newer and work. Flooring is clean and acceptable. Bedding is acceptable. Ingress and egress are very convenient with key pad. The only issue I can complain about is the condition of the outside wooden stairs. Totally unacceptable from a safety standpoint. NEEDS TO HAVE THE TREADS REPLACED OR BETTER YET, a total replacement. This is obviously not the owners fault but should be addressed. Overall, a great unit and price. We will be back.

Awesome beach and awesome condo

We are in our mid 70’s but only a 3 minute walk for us to the beach. Perfect condo for two people with everything you need. Very clean.

Another great experience!

It was just as we had hoped! We biked, love the beach, read, even on a rainy day on the peaceful porch, and love Eugenia's Cafe. Your condo is nice and close to the beach, has nice chairs! Everything has been maintained just like our first visit after remodeled! Thank you so very much!

Getaway

Great place for the two of us for a 3 night stay. Witnessed a fantastic sight of dolphins strand feeding after a nice bike ride down the beach. Condo is as pictured. Very clean. Responsive host. Short walk to beach.

Just 2 things….

We were very happy to have the washer/dryer but it does come at the expense of a closet in which to hang clothes. And, while this is arguably a personal preference comment - the pillows were unusually hard and providing an alternative would have been appreciated.

Another Great Stay!

This is our 3rd year staying at this condo. It’s so cozy - definitely our happy place! The Stacy’s are excellent hosts, friendly and responsive. The condo is consistently super-clean, well-stocked, and well-maintained. The bed is comfortable and towels are plush. And to top it off, the condo is so close to the beach - about 100 steps (and I’m a shortie!) Looking forward to many more years in Kiawah!

Great place to visit.

Condo was really nice. Really enjoyed the short walk to the beach. There were usually deer every morning on the way there. Was lucky enough see a turtle lay her eggs before she made her way back to the water. Very laid back and relaxing place to visit. Thanks to the Stacy’s for a great trip!

Great Villa for a beach getaway

We had an amazing stay at the Stacy’s Villa. The pictures and description are spot on - renovated, clean, close to the beach. What we loved the most, though, were the small details. Fluffy towels, new beach chairs, sharp knives. All very thoughtful!

Graduation vacation

Just two local moms wanting to get away

This condo was absolutely perfect for my friend and my needs. So very close to the beach! We enjoyed waking up every morning to a slow start sipping coffee on the screened in porch. Then we enjoyed a nice walk on the walking path every morning before hitting the beach. The unit was clean and tidy! Loved everything about our stay!

Wonderful week steps from the beach!

We had a beautiful week at Kiawah staying at Mark and Stacey’s Seascape Villa! The condo was updated, clean, had all the amenities you might need, a comfy King bed and great shower, and a lovely screened porch overlooking the palms and live oaks. The villa is mere steps from the beach, and we loved the great beach chairs and umbrella provided. Mark was very responsive and a great communicator. Would absolutely love to stay here again!

We loved this condo in Kiawah ! It was so nice and private, clean and short walk to beach ! Beautiful beach, golf courses , scenery and fun shopping! We had taken a drive to Charleston to! Will come back for sure!

Great place! Great host!

Very clean and equipped as described. Location is great. Easy access to beach, bike paths and island sites and restaurants. Only minutes away from Freshfields shops and Restaurants. Host easy to communicate with as well; very helpful since this was our first visit to Kiawah. A great choice for a stay!

Kiawah is the most beautiful and secluded beach on the east coast. The island is webbed with bike trails and fantastic views of the marsh and ocean. Looking out of our screen porch you can see families of deer, many birds, and abundant wildlife. The rivers and oceans provide fantastic opportunities to view dolphin, birds and other aquatic wildlife. Our family loves coming for special celebrations and get-togethers.
