Your Florida beach vacation awaits you at this Keys style, newly re-modeled, 3-bedroom, 2 bath house! This beautiful home is less than two miles from the beach, U-Tiki, Square Grouper, Guanabanas, and Harborside Place, in the heart of Jupiter. Perfect for guests in town for weddings or baseball spring training. The property features a luxury interior, genuine hardwood floors throughout, Restoration Hardware furniture, vaulted ceilings, a rustic bar area, and a huge outdoor wooden deck with a lakeside view.

The Space
This house sleeps 6 guests comfortably and features a split floor plan, an open concept great room, rustic bar area, and a large outdoor wooden deck with a lanai, perfect for entertaining guests.

The large Primary Bedroom suite has tall ceilings, a premium king size mattress, dual walk-in closets, and a large in-suite bathroom, complete with dual granite vanities, a walk-in shower, and an oversized tub!

The two guest bedrooms have comfortable queen beds with dressers, nightstands and closets. The guest bathroom has an upgraded granite vanity, shower, and tub.

Living Room
Our open-concept great room features vaulted ceilings, restoration hardware furniture, and a large sectional leather couch w/ built in recliners, facing the new 75in Smart TV. We have a rustic bar area with all the barware you need to serve your favorite cocktails and relax after a long day at the beach, to help get ready for a wedding, or a night out on the town. The updated kitchen faces the great room with marble countertops and barstools. Right next to the kitchen and part of the great room is our dining room area, with a large restoration hardware, farm-style table with seating for six.

Outdoor Space
Enjoy the warm Florida sun at the large, lakeview, wooden deck with plenty of outdoor seating, a new outdoor dining table with seating for six, and a brand new Weber gas grill. The deck is a perfect, peaceful place to enjoy coffee in the mornings or relax during the cool evenings we get in South Florida. It has new string lighting overhead that will light up the entire deck at night. We have two parking spaces on the property and street parking is available. Boat and/or RV parking is not permitted on the property or the in the street, but I have recommendations for boat and trailer parking.

Kitchen, Dining & Laundry
We have new LG and GE stainless steel kitchen appliances. Stove w/ dual-ovens, fridge/freezer w/ ice-maker and filtered water, microwave, dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker, and a toaster. The cabinets are stocked with plenty of cookware, cooking utensils, dishes, glasses, and silverware. The large, farm-style, Restoration Hardware dining room table seats 6 guests comfortably. We also have a dedicated laundry room with a brand new Samsung washer and dryer!

Technology
The entire villa has high-speed Wi-Fi and a brand new central A/C with a digital thermostat. The main living room features a brand new, wall mounted 75in Smart TV. The bedrooms have wall mounted flat screen TVs with fire-stick smart controllers so you can easily access your favorite subscription services. The front door features a digital, keyless entry. All of the appliances are new and feature digital controls.

Welcome Kit
Each reservation will come with complimentary gifts. This includes 2 rolls of paper towels, 2 laundry detergent pods, 2 dishwasher pods, dish soap, 8 k-cups for the Keurig, 4 rolls of toilet paper, 1 kitchen sponge, as well as additional cleaning supplies. Each bedroom and bathroom are well stocked with premium linens and towels. We also provide hand soap, lotion, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in each bathroom.

Activities
Local activity recommendations include offshore and inshore fishing charters, shark diving adventures, scuba diving charters, boat rentals, kayak and SUP paddleboard rentals, sailing, kitesurfing, surfing, pier fishing, and hunting. Many of our guests are in town for weddings, visiting family, or just want to enjoy the beautiful Jupiter beaches, but still want to be close to the action.

Location
Our villa is centrally located in the heart of Jupiter. We're less than 2 miles from the beach and walking distance to the famous Dune Dog Cafe and two major shopping centers. We're also less than 2 miles from the heart of downtown Jupiter, with venues like U-Tiki Beach, Guanabanas, Square Grouper, 1000 North (Michael Jordan's new restaurant), Jetty's, The Woods (Tiger Wood's restaurant), and Harborside Place. We're less than 2 miles away from the Jupiter Beach Resort, The Pelican Club, The Jupiter Reef Club, and the Wyndham Grand Jupiter, where many beautiful weddings are held. We’re just 20 miles from Palm Beach International Airport, less than 70 miles away from Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport, and 90 miles away from Miami International Airport. We’re also minutes from the Brightline High Speed Train Station in West Palm Beach, with access to Boca Raton, Fort Lauderdale, Miami and Orlando on a high-speed train.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire property except the garage. This includes the outdoor deck and patio. Boats, RVs, and trailers cannot park at the property or on the street. I can give recommendations for local trailer and boat parking. Fishing in the lake behind the property is strictly prohibited.
