PARKING
Off-street parking is available for 1-2 vehicles in the left 2/3 portion of a semi-circle driveway, and free street parking is also available in front of or near the house. Three vehicles max. (Please note that the driveway is partially shared with the home next door. The far right 1/3 portion of the semi-circle driveway is reserved for that house.)

Please note that the driveway is slightly steep upon entering and a bit narrow. If you have a vehicle low to the ground, enter and exit slowly to avoid scraping the bottom of your vehicle. Plese be cautious to not run over the landscaping.

QUIET HOURS
Per Galveston City Ordinance, quiet hours are from 10 p.m.-8 a.m. You may still use the pool and outdoor areas after 10 p.m., but if you do, music must be completely turned off and other noises must be kept very low.

POOL WAIVER OF LIABILITY
By renting this property, guest understands that use of the pool by the guest and others staying at the property is at guest's own risk and that special risks may be involved in using the pool and the area around the pool.

Guest accepts full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from use of the pool by any guests staying on property, and that the property owner is not responsible for any such injuries.

Guest understands there are potential dangers that the pool may present to children who are not carefully supervised, as well as danger to any person using the pool if a person has health risks, using while intoxicated, using any kind of drugs or medication, or pregnant. Guests agree to be fully responsible for any accidents guests may incur.

Guest understands that there is a child-lock gate at the top of the back stairs leading to the pool as well as a child lock at the top of the back door leading outside to the pool area. Guest understands that it is the guests' responsibility to engage these locks for them to be effective.

Guest understands the risks discussed above and agrees that all guests on property will assume responsibility for and the consequences of those risks. Guest agrees to waive any claim whatsoever against owner or Gulf Haven LLC for accidents or claims arising from guests’ use of the pool.
