Heated Pool: Take a dip in the heated pool, allowing you to swim year-round. The pool is surrounded by a spacious deck, perfect for sunbathing and lounging. There is a 10/Night heating fee for months Sep-March to heat pool. Depending on which site you book on, payment may be requested after you book.



Jacuzzi: Unwind in the soothing jacuzzi, located with the pool. It's the ideal spot to relax and take in the mesmerizing waterfront views.



Pool/Jacuzzi is operated by a control box. Pool max temp is 84 degrees and spa is 104 degrees.



Patio: Enjoy al fresco dining and entertaining under the covered patio. The outdoor dining area is equipped with a propane grill, making it easy to host BBQs and gatherings.



Private Dock: For boating enthusiasts, the private dock offers direct access to the water, making it convenient to explore the surrounding waterways and enjoy water sports.
