Cozy beautiful home near the beach and La Puntilla at Costa del Sol, El Salvador

Experience the ultimate coastal luxury at La Dolce Villa. Nestled in the heart of the Costa Del Sol, our exquisite retreat provides a serene atmosphere seamlessly blending relaxation and opulence. With the beach just a short drive away and the charming estuary nearby, our property enjoys a privileged position along this idyllic coast. Explore the flavors of the region at local restaurants, where you can indulge in authentic cuisine.

The house has a master bedroom with a King size bed that oversees the pool and backyard area. It also has a private bathroom. The guest bedroom is equipped with two beds, both rooms have a permanent closet for storing clothes and where you will find towels including pool towels. Both rooms also have TVs mounted to the wall that can be connected to the wi-fi, if you would like to access your favorite streaming apps.

There are two bathrooms available.

A kitchen for cooking, a refrigerator, microwave, a kettle for heating water, a stove, microwave, blender, and more.

The living room has two sofas that can be modified into beds and a big-screen TV for your entertainment while viewing the beautiful patio and backyard through a wall full of windows.

In the backyard, you will find a single-person seating hammock on the patio and a full-body hammock hanging between two coconut trees. The pool and a charcoal grill are also available in the backyard.

In this coastal area, most homes, including ours, don’t have a traditional hot water system due to the way water is supplied here. The water is typically at room temperature, but because of the warm weather most of the year, it usually isn’t an issue for guests. However, we always like to let our guests know ahead of time so they can have the best experience possible.

The place is excellent we really love it quite neighborhood close to resort that you can enjoy day pass . The pool was perfect . Everything was super clean the process to check was easy . Definitely will stay again .

We had a great stay at Dolce Villa! EJ communicated so well before and during our stay, the house was clean and looked just like the photos. Our kids loved the pool, and we really appreciated the private back yard. Thanks, EJ, for the opportunity to stay in this beautiful home close to the beach!

The house was immaculate. The decor was beautiful but you can also tell the host put thought into what their guests may enjoy. We had beach chairs, family games and access to tv in every room (very helpful with kids). We had an issue with our pool not working and the host was surprisingly responsive and fixed the issue right away.cant wait to cone back when we revisit.

This beautiful home is as advertised! From the spacious bedrooms and living space to the nicely landscaped back patio and refreshing swimming pool, this house was perfect for us! The host was very responsive and helpful.

Beautiful House conveniently located in Costa del Sol

La Dolce Villa was a perfect stay in Costa del Sol for me and a few friends. The house is across the street from a nice part of the beach. It's away from some of the hustle and bustle, but close to good restaurants and little tiendas. The owner was very responsive, as was the caretaker, and you can tell they put a lot of thought into decor and cleanliness. It's a perfect place to relax - just remember to bring mosquito repellant and your own water!

Nice house with beautiful garden !

It's a cozy nice little house with a really charming garden. a small but very nice private pool, hammock and even palm trees ! Jose is super nice and very helpful. Beach is close but you need a car (at least 20 min. by walk) to go on restaurant/beach club close to the house. It's 5 minutes by car and you can spend the day there some places for free or others with pool access for 25 / person. We loved it ! Salvador is a nice place to discover.

Absolutely loved our stay at this charming home! From the moment we stepped in, it felt warm and inviting. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook up a great meal, and the bedrooms were super comfortable. We especially enjoyed sipping coffee on the porch in the mornings. The pool is small, but honestly, it wasn’t a big deal at all—it was still a great spot to relax and cool off after a sunny day. The location was ideal—quiet, peaceful, and just a short drive to everything we wanted to explore. Highly recommend this cozy gem for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway! Would definitely stay again.
