* Starter pack of paper towels, new kitchen sponge, dishwasher tabs, laundry tabs, toilet paper, tissues, travel sized shampoo, conditioner, body soap & lotion. Other items such as foil, plastic wrap and baggies are most likely available in the pantry as we use this house for our own family and friends

My Happy Place features a southern-exposure lanai with a heated saltwater pool and shaded under-truss area. Southern-exposure makes a difference, especially in the wintertime. The pool will remain sunny all day while the lanai will be shaded from the afternoon sun. This outdoor space is perfect for your enjoyment, complete with a gas grill, outdoor TV, dining table and ample seating, all within a screened-in pool cage. The pool/cage area is surrounded by tall clusia bushes for added privacy. The bushes have grown significantly since our photo shoot and offer plenty of privacy. Our neighbors are all pretty chill too!

The heart of the home includes a well equipped kitchen, equipped with all the essentials: tableware (settings for 12+), plastic ware, cookware, Crockpot, blender, coffee makers (drip & pod), baking pans, mixing/serving bowls and more for your convenience.

The private master suite offers a comfortable king-sized bed, large smart TV, high coffered ceiling with remote control fan, walk-in closet, and an elegant bathroom.

The two guest bedrooms are located in a separate hallway, ensuring privacy. Each bedroom has a queen-sized bed, smart TV, ceiling fan, closet and full-sized dresser and a chair. The guest bedrooms are adjacent to their own full bathroom with access to the pool and lanai area.

Our quiet neighborhood is a short drive from Matlacha, Pine Island, and Punta Gorda. Sanibel Island and Fort Myers Beach are less than an hour away. Enjoy easy access to major roads and local amenities like Publix and Farmer Joe's, all within ten minutes. Additionally, we're conveniently located near regional airports, including Southwest Florida International Airport and Punta Gorda Airport.

My Happy Place began as our own retreat while we made the move from Oregon to SW Florida. We loved this home and it has now become a beloved retreat for our own family, friends and guests. You will love the comfortable feel of our home and pool, the quiet location and the proximity to local restaurants and attractions. You will feel like you are in your own slice of paradise here!

Our home is professionally cleaned between guests and the pool and yard are both professionally maintained on a weekly basis. We personally inspect the property between guests and you can rest assured that you will be enjoying a clean, comfortable home.
