Enjoy the community’s beach walkover, pool, and grill area, all within a gated space. Just a short walk to the beach and restaurants, and a 10-minute drive to historic downtown St. Augustine.

Enter into the open living room and dining area filled with natural light. Step out to the private balcony to enjoy the coastal breeze. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and includes a convenient laundry room. Upstairs, the loft offers extra space for kids or guests.
