Ski-In/Ski-Out Condo w/ Private Balcony, Gas Fireplace & Shared Pool/Hot Tub!

This 1-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo sleeps 5 with a king bed, queen sleeper sofa and twin Murphy bed. Ideally located in River Run Village so you’re just steps away from shopping, restaurants and local festivities. Lone Eagle is a true ski-in/ski-out complex that offers shared amenities including a pool and hot tub.

The entryway offers mounted hooks and a bench for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. The living area features a beautiful gas fireplace, a flat screen TV and cozy furniture. There is a queen-sized sleeper sofa and Murphy bed in the living room. Additional sheets and blankets are in a closet. The private balcony is just off the living area and features views of tall pines and mountains in the distance. Enjoy the sounds of Snake River in the spring, summer and fall.

The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home. It features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances and the dining area comfortably seats six. There’s a private washer and dryer and detergent has been provided for your convenience. This one bedroom condo features two full bathrooms. The guest bathroom is located just off of the living area and has a pedestal sink and a walk-in shower. Both bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.

The bedroom has a king-sized bed and a flat screen TV. The en suite bathroom has double sinks, a jetted tub and a walk-in shower.

Please note: To reserve this property, the reservation holder must be at least 24 years old at the time of booking.

*Please note that we have a minimum night requirement. To reserve this vacation rental, a minimum of 2 nights must be reserved. If you reserve less than 2 nights you will be contacted and required to either lengthen your stay or cancel your reservation. This vacation rental is new to our management program. Place is great, we had no issues, it was clean with excellent location. Summit was great as always, we have stayed and their locations many times now. Thanks, had a great trip. Hopefully next year there will actually be some snow!!!!

We really enjoyed ourselves at this location. First, you truly cannot beat it. It is a true ski on and ski off property, which made everything so easy and convenient for our group. The place somehow magically sleeps a lot of people without ever feeling cramped. It was well kept, very clean, and perfectly set up for a trip to the mountain. The garage was a huge bonus and made loading and unloading gear simple. The management company was also great to work with. They were responsive, helpful, and made the whole experience seamless. We would absolutely stay here again.

Lone Eagle is an amazingly convenient, high end, true ski-in ski-out property. Spacious ski locker room is steps away from the River Run trail, just above the Mountain Express quad lift and the River Run gondola. It's the most convenient ski-in ski-out property in Keystone. Other positives: roomy private ski locker, lovely kitchen with gas stovetop, easy check-in and check-out, very nice common hot tub and pool, plushy VIP robes, in-suite washer and dryer, and reliable high-speed WiFi and television services. Room for improvement in: single elevator for 50 units which went down for a few hours (promptly repaired), VERY tight garage (we had about 2-3 inches of clearance on each side entering and departing the property in a rented Chevy Traverse, after pulling in the mirrors), no on-site recycling (c'mon!), and no good reading lights in the unit (but the lobby was great). Overall, we had a wonderful experience in the condo and highly recommend it.

This is one convenient and high end location. My husband and I enjoyed an extended summer stay, and this Loan Eagle site had everything we needed to clean up and relax before hitting the trails again the next day.I would definitely stay here again.

Great spot!

We had a great time at this ski-in/ski-out condo! Access to the slopes from the locker room was amazing and a quick walk to the village at night time. Can’t wait to come back!

The condo was just as advertised. It was clean, had plenty of space for two.The best part was the location. It's a true Ski In Ski Out place. Nice locker room to store skis and equipment. We would rent this location again.

Great Location

The location and view from this property is absolutely beautiful. I did have a few complaints. The bed in the master bedroom is like sleeping on a rock. I actually had to go see a chiropractor when I got back in town because it messed up my back. This is no fault of the owner, but the hot tub size in comparison to the amount of condos is tiny. We couldn’t get into the hot tub either night we were there because it was so packed. For those reason reasons I gave this property of four star.

Great Stay

My husband and I stayed here 5 days with our infant son and we don’t have many complaints. Being first week of October, it’s the off season so it was very quiet and peaceful. Keep in mind everything is 30min - 1 hour drive. You’ll need to grab groceries near golden or Denver to get a good range of all the things you need. But overall, the unit was clean, beds were very comfortable, facility is well kept and everything is beautiful. They do have some construction in the town itself so just beep that in mind.

We have stayed at Lone Eagle before and it is officially our favorite. Only complaint this time is the construction nearby which started early every single morning! VACATION RENTALS VS. HOTELS
Booking a vacation rental is like staying at the house of a friend. In this vacation rental you will experience significantly more space, privacy, or comforts that feel like home, including a kitchen and a location that is beyond what most hotels can offer. All this at a significantly lower cost than a hotel with comparable features. These benefits bring different considerations than a hotel. More privacy means that most guests do not want daily housekeeping. We offer a check-out clean and, for an added fee, mid-stay cleans. We also offer a starter supply of some consumables, including coffee, paper towels, toilet paper and more, but these items are not restocked during a stay. A kitchen allows you to make home-cooked meals. Guests will likely visit the store to purchase groceries. Self-sufficiency is key to a happy stay in a vacation rental. We do provide housekeeping and 24/7 maintenance, but this is primarily for properties in between stays. Our staff services vacation rentals across several square miles, unlike a hotel that manages a single building. We have to strike a balance between cost and service, and have found that our current system has struck this balance. Our hope is that our guests understand the difference between booking a hotel and a vacation rental. Together we can provide affordable vacation rentals and happy stays for everyone!
