An upscale condo with free parking in core downtown Toronto with a great view of the CN tower, Dundas square & financial district! The condo is bright and spacious. Perfect for professionals & travelers.

Grocery and restaurants- in front of the building

The space
This is a private upscale condominium unit. You have the entire unit for yourself. There are wall-sized windows in the living room so there is lots of natural light during the day and at night you can enjoy an amazing view of downtown, the financial district, CN tower and Dundas square.
It has one bedroom with a queen bed and comfortable mattress, and one fully equipped bath with a jacuzzi. The kitchen has everything you need including pots and pans, a coffee machine, kettle, dishes, utensils, microwave, basic condiments, dishwasher and etc. The appliances are brand new and recently replaced. There is one couch in the living room and a cute armchair with 43" Smart TV (Netflix included). The washer and dryer are inside the unit for your personal use. An air mattress with a built-in electrical pump is available at your request.
Did I mention?! you have a FREE PARKING spot for yourself! So no worries for car owners!
Guest access
You have full access to building amenities; a 24/7 gym, pool, sauna, and hot tub, pool table, and table tennis. The amenities are great! Believe me! ;)
Other things to note
I keep the place nice and clean for my guests. And I prefer to rent it to a responsible person who cares about it too. I believe it is a part of mutual respect between guest and host. Thank you in advance for considering this point :)
In addition, if you would not have the internet prior to your arrival, you should let me know in advance, so we can coordinate everything beforehand.
Lastly, please book the place with the right number of guests, so I can prepare the place accordingly.
