Casa Tucan #2 bed, sofa bed, kitchenette
Casa Tucan is a beautiful, modern and cozy loft located in Manuel Antonio. Less than 10 minutes from Manuel Antonio national Park. Airconditioned loft with a queen bed and sofa bed to comfortably sleep up to 4 adults. Kitchen fully furnished, gas stove, fridge, microwave, coffeemaker and everything you need to prepare a good diner. You can see toucans, monkeys, macaws and many other fauna from the balcony. Near by you can find supermarkets, restaurants, bars, tours and many other attractions.
The space
The property is located in a secluded and very quiet neighborhood. The building has four units with a balcony looking to the mountain. Has a free private parking with security cameras. Each unit is an open floor with a queen bed and a sofa bed. There is WIFI internet with 100 MB speed and a 42" Smart TV loaded with several apps (Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, HBO, etc.) where you can use your subscriptions. There is a three panel door to the balcony.
Guest access
In Manuel Antonio all streets are very narrow and our location is not the exception, just drive carefully. Calle Bravo is not in optimal conditions but my sedan can handle very well.
You can park your car in the designated spot base on the unit number you have booked (1,2,3, or 4)
Other things to note
We are located 2km from the main road to Manuel Antonio, the last 500mtrs is a dirt road. The public transportation is on the main road to Manuel Antonio but taxi service is available as well from-to our place. Ride share services are not available.
We offer a Laundry Service for a fee. A $20 service fee for about 5 kg, each addition kg is $4
For long stays more than a week we also offer a free cleaning each week.

We are a Costa Rican couple who loves Quepos-Manuel Antonio. We bought a plot back in 2019 and started to build in 2020.
We open the doors to every tourist that want to experience a great time in this beautiful place and having a very comfortable stay like a few places around the area has.

This has been one of my favorites spots since very young. Obviously, Manuel Antonio is very well know around the globe for the National Park but it also have great beaches. There are plenty of thing to do around our place from hiking, biking, sightseen, lot of great restaurants and many other outdoor activities.
Our location is not in the busy streets of Manuel Antonio but it's close enough to enjoy every single place.

We are only 50 mtrs behind the limit of the National Park of Manuel Antonio overlooking to the rain forest, this makes a great spot to watch a lot of fauna, like slots, monkeys, lots of different birds and many others animals.
Our place is pretty close to most touristic places but far enough to enjoy a quiet place.
