We had a wonderful and relaxing time while on this vacation! The location is great! Our kids met other kids and it was very family friendly. We'd stay again in a heartbeat. The only complaint was the noise in the unit above us. We heard every jump, run, footstep and flushed toilet. They were not quiet tenants and they were up all night long. Great trip overall!

A perfect spot for family vacation! Close to restaurants, grocery and the beach access right out the back door. So nice to have the beach chairs and umbrella available for use. There were a lot of families with small children but a very quiet community environment. No issues with noise at all over night. Great communication option to be able to text with the management company/host - Coastal Luxury Vacations. Good turn around response time via text. Secure parking with gated entry I would definitely schedule again!

This is such a beautiful condo. The interior is decorated so creatively with many cute pictures and novelties. It is so clean and well kept. Every amenity is provided including games and books. Very relaxing location and such nice people. We had a wonderful time. Thank you for a great experience.

The location of this condo was perfect! Steps away from the pool and a very short/easy walk to the beach! It was very clean and well maintained! We can’t wait to book it again!

Rent this condo! You won't regret it. At 1016sq ft, it takes advantage of the space and has a beachy vibe without the kitch. The bedrooms are a good size w/plenty of storage. Foam mattresses were soft but if you have a bad back, might be too soft. Bathrooms are a little small but updated nicely with deep mirrored cabinets, usable drawers, and dual flush toilets. Second bedroom has a Jack and Jill bathroom. The bunks were fun for my son. The kitchen is large and has dining, cookware storage containers, coffee pot and K-cup pot. No foil, plastic wrap, or dry goods (like salt and pepper).You get a small bottle of dish soap, 2 pods for the dishwasher & two for laundry, a sample size of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, & soaps for both bathrooms and one roll of Angel Soft tp each bathroom. Two (?) hand towels and four (?) washcloths in the kitchen. Six bath towels and washcloths each bathroom, one hand towel each bathroom.The condo is near the pool area. You need to go through the pool area, past the showers and grills, to get to the beach, which is a one minute walk. I thought I'd miss out without the ocean view but it's so close and no street to cross and convenient. You'll get a code for the gated entrances and for the condo. Luxury Coastal Vacations employees were helpful and friendly when I had questions. Great value for my money. I'd rent this condo again. We had issues with the door locking when we arrived. Slept with the door barricaded the first night because we didn’t get a response until the next day and by then we had figured out how to make the door lock work. That was a bit unnerving, but other than that the condo was very clean and comfortable.
