Quiet Beachside Resort living while enjoying Tennis players at their best. This Tennis Villas is on the 3rd Floor (no one above you!!!) with quiet privacy to watch Tennis and Pickleball players and amateurs attempting to compete.

250-300 yards from beach, depending on which access you use.

- FEES:
** Cleaning Fee = $155.00
** Parking / Resort Fee = $35.00 - Goes toward 24/7 Security and the Beautification of the Resort.
1 Pass is included in the booking of the rental. (If more than 1 car, please advise upfront before arrival. 2nd Pass to be paid for through VRBO App)

LAUNDRY: HHBT units do not come equipped with Washer/Dryer units for Clothes. There is however a laundry facility on site for washing clothes. Each Load is $3.00 per W&D. It is located on the side of the Tennis/Pickleball Pro-Shop.

*Also supplied: Dish, Laundry (2 pods) & Dishwasher Soap (2 Pods), Kitchen Towels, Paper Towels, 4 Rolls of Toilet Paper, 2-3 Garbage Bags, Pot Holders, Bath Tissues, Starter Set of Shampoo and Conditioner in each bathroom. This is the offering for your stay. If you feel you will need more, then I would shop for them before or during your stay.

-Check in time is 4:00pm and Check out time is 10:00am.
-Daily maid service is not included in rental rate, each villa is cleaned prior to arrival & stocked with 5 sets of towels, fresh linen on bed, and a starter supply of toilet tissues, dish soap, hand soap and paper towels.
-My unit is personally owned and you will be held liable for any damage to the villa & contents.
-NO PETS ARE ALLOWED. (FULL RESORT POLICY)
-No Motorcycles. No vehicles with logos, company or business names, construction debris, refuse, or equipment will be allowed within the gated community between 7pm-8am. (Resort Rule)
-No E-Bikes are allowed past the Security Gate. There is a bike rack for them in by the Bike Rental Area.
-Local telephone service is complimentary, long distance calls must be collect or charged to a calling card.
-Rental guests must be 21 years of age or older, or have an adult present in the villa for the duration of the rental period.
-Security Gate and onsite presence 24/7.
-Resort Front Desk is open 7AM - 10:00pm for special needs or emergencies

Just down the road from the resort (about 1/4 mile) you will find Adventure Cove Miniature Golf & Arcade!
